First can we just talk about how great this location is, close to midtown, middle of everything, still ample parking. Looked to be a former residential residence, the building has so much character. Upon arrival I was greeted and not too long after they sat me down and started the process. They offered a neck pillow for comfort, tv overhead with earphones if you'd like. Incredibly friendly and helpful throughout without the awkward chatter many of us are accustom too in the chair- you know the continuation of questions while they are taking care of your visit for an in and out, in and out (the instruments) type of experience. The hygienist was fantastic and walked me through some things prior to the dentist arrival. Post this, the visit was great, I shared what I hoped to accomplish in upcoming visits, etc and they were not only incredible professionally but so personable and helpful! They laid out a plan and pricing up front, no hidden costs and were helpful with the scheduling even with it being so close to the holidays! Actually looking forward to coming in for further visits and absolutely recommend for your general dentist needs to cosmetic and beyond!

And what I'm very disappointed in is the billing. They stopped taking my insurance and I have a secondary insurance to cover costs. They told me that they could bill the secondary after the primary insurance decided what they would cover. The office manager never billed my secondary, she would constantly call and text to get me to pay the difference. After three visits of "you owe us money" because they didn't bill my secondary, I was done. Cindy is very rude and snooty. She even told my husband that I still owed them $130 from a "really long time ago" when it's actually on $37. Even the voicemail saying "we've waited a long time for this" is outrageous to me. You didn't bill my insurance, you tried to get money out of ME instead.

Front staff are super welcoming and very kind. They also take photos of their new patients which is a great way to get to know and remember everyone. I had a cleaning with Amber and she was very thorough. Had me going home with squeaky clean teeth. Very nice, and not awkward at all. Dr Chan and his staff don't make you feel weird or embarrassed or ashamed about your teeth which is huge. nobody likes to go to the dentist (sorry cypress) but when you have a great staff it makes it so much easier. I got a few fillings done, one was a little too high and they got me back in immediately to get it fixed which was awesome. I also really like how dr Chan talks to his staff especially assistants. I know it's a "small" thing but it really makes a huge difference for both me as a patient and then as an employee I'm sure. She knew I wasn't happy and when I mentioned that I would find another Dr. she said let her know and she would forward my records to them. I ended up calling another dentist and explained the situation and the Dr. fit me in that afternoon. Ended up needing a root canal. The new Dr was super nice and had a great facility as well. Will need to get my records from them. To not fit in a regular patient who is in pain is not cool. Just know that when using this Dr.

Kendra, the dental hygienist, is such a nice person, I just love her. My husband and I have been going here awhile now and everything has been great. Dr. Logan also worked on our teeth several times replacing fillings. It has been a long time since we been to a dentist because ours retired and we became full time caregivers for my elder mother who had dementia. When I met Dr. Logan I was so embarrassed that some issues were not good even though we were both brushing and flossing regularly. It doesn't matter, I found out, you still need the cleanings and regular checks. Dr. Logan was so kind, he gently got me in and so happy he did as I was getting tired of waking up every night worrying about my teeth. She said she would call me back with the highest estimate fore removing six teeth so I would not be surprised. She called back and said $1,500 would be the highest. So we went on 12/16/2025 when we got there the price changed my portion $2,566.40 on the statement I told her I could not pay that what happened to the $1,500 as the highest. she told me that the person I made the appointment with was let go. I should have left then with the high jump in price. so she said let me see if she could get my daughter a discount she came back with another statement showing discount $80.30 discount $80.30 discount $ 300.00 for total $2,242.00. So I said to okay and paid we had traveled 45 min to get there. Dr. Falke came out 30 minutes later and said my daughter was very emotional. My daughter was wheeled after him crying crocodile tears and laughing at the same time. I was upset because there was no recovery time very strange I did like it. I told the nurse because he left 2 seconds later. Today 4/28/2026 I get a text from Dr. Falke's office saying I owe $307.40 So I called she said it was for anesthesia they billed insurance 45min and they paid 15 min so I owe for 30min of anesthesia even though they gave me some discount on the anesthesia. And put my daughter out literally 30 min later not 45min as a basket case for the next 20 minutes. I would never recommend him you don't treat people this way he tries to get as much money as he can. 4 teeth impacted- partially bony 2 impacted - completely bony with unusual surgical complication according to him more money.
