Everything was straightforward and made me feel very comfortable. The staff was amazing and friendly and I would definitely come back again if I have problems with my teeth in the future. I got my wisdom tooth taken out on October 18 yesterday and everything went out perfectly fine. I wasn't bloated and it almost look like I didn't get my teeth taken out because everything was done the right way. Dr. Maguire was my surgeon and he was terrific. I am scared when it comes to needles but he made it painless and quick! I got prescribed pain meds right away and now I can move and talk just fine! Best dental place to get your wisdom tooth taken out, I would recommend to anyone. Only problem is they are a little pricey but they do a good job

Right from day one I knew we were in good hands with all the staff. They were kind and helpful. I have never felt pressured making a decision when given a recommended treatment plan. Their work is spot on and I have never had a problem with any of the completed work. I would highly recommend Day Hill Dental to anyone looking for a dentist.

Not that going to the dentist is ever a comfortable experience, but Day Hill Dental comes close…read more The positives: 1) The facility is very nice, with (what I think is) top notch equipment. When I'm at a doctor's office, I want to know that they buy the most up-to-date equipment, and that they know how to use it. 2) The staff is very friendly. We can all admit that being at a dentist's office doesn't exactly put us in a great mood. The staff at Day Hill Dental understands that, and is very kind without being overbearing (i.e. without the fake smiles and cheeriness). 3) The care is excellent. My hygientist and dentist (Dr. Farber) quickly did the cleaning and exam, and thoroughly explained what was good and what wasn't so good. They also explained things in a non-judgmental way. I've been to far too many dentist offices where you feel like you're the kid who forgot his homework assignment. Not so here - they want you to take care of your teeth, but don't make you feel like you're a naughty kid being lectured. If you live in the area, I would highly recommend Day Hill Dental.

They take Delta Dental (always good for those of us with Delta Dental), and the hygienists know what they are doing, pointing out various issues with teeth and identifying cavities and problem areas. Dr. Bloom himself also has an excellent bedside manner (or is it chair-side?). He also gives helpful recommendations in the case one can't get back into his office in time (he was able to direct me to the UNC Dentristy school to get some cavities done). Also, they have that cool white cavity filler stuff that's always good fun :)

Arriving at the location after getting off I-91 North and driving into Windsor for which felt like forever, we found the building located with other medical offices along the road with other corporations. I will say it may be common practice to schedule a procedure at 9am and have us both time waiting for someone to come to the window. If you were going to be away from the front, add a bell or something. We were able to check in easily enough, with my sister being taken in for the procedure. Luckily, being prepared I had snacks and a drink to pass the time for the hour long procedure as the road doesn't have much on it. Their timing is pretty good as I was called in to sit with my sister an hour after she went in. They seem to maintain a steady pace for appointments because a mother and son came in for their appointment as my sister was taken to a recovery room to let the medication subside. We were there for a good hour as my sister continued to recover and toward the end of it, we were wondering if we were forgotten. With my sister thirsty because she needed to have an empty stomach, we were itching to leave. Being from NJ, she didn't have a pharmacy for the medication she needed so we took the script and went to Walmart. Getting to Walmart, my sister noticed that her address was incorrect. Luckily the script was accepted as I was not going to drive all the way back to Windsor from Manchester because of an incorrect address...Sorry. Once in a lifetime procedure and lucky for that, get them all out and never go back because it is a process and a pricey one for our time and money at that.

The doctor there used a small camera to look up at the perforated hole. And the time in office was 10:minute. He set me up for a 45 day future appointment. I was charged $500.00. As you sit down and fill out the 6 pages of forms, it mostly has the patient signing in multiple areas guaranteeing payment. Checking with my health insurance company, it would have been cheaper to check in at a hospital.

They gave her sunglasses and put on her favorite show, she had a seat on the big chair and was treated like a princess and she just was great for them. Very patient, gave options, explained what they did. No xrays that I recall though they didn't comment on her thumb sucking habit which surprised me as I know that should be an issue. We moved here because our prior dentist dropped our insurance but we're pretty happy with being here so far. The slide was fun too and she liked that she got a toy at the end.

Going to the dentist can be overwhelming with a toddler. My son does not let anyone beside his parents brush his teeth. We were able to sing songs before opening his mouth to check his teeth. Took a few songs, but it worked out. I just want him to be familiar with opening mouth and brushing teeth with other people besides us. The workers in the front were lovely and helpful checking us in. The office is on the second floor and there's a slide you can come down that leads to the first floor. That's very catchy and enjoyable for the kids. My son loves to look at the fishes in the office as well. Thank you Dr. K!
