I am being told I have to come in person and if I am lucky I will find the office open after a 1.5 hour drive each way. Stay away from these unprofessional people.

During my research, I found his rates are in line and actually a bit lower than other physicians in the area, but this is not the deciding factor in choosing Accents. I viewed numerous before and after photos of procedures done by Doctor Berkowitz and knew he was the doctor for me. All of my procedures were done by Doctor Berkowitz personally. During visits, staff are in attendance but Doctor Berkowitz does all the work. I can't count all of the compliments I continue to receive. Saw the Dr. once and made it seem if I didn't have the surgery as soon as possible that I would go blind, not true!! Cataract surgery is elective and in less your vision gets severely effected, it isn't an emergency. I saw the Dr. only the one time, they scheduled my procedure without even being able to meet with the Dr. to descuss pro's and cons! Sent me for multiple tests and didn't get any results. Needless to say I cancelled the surgery after spending great amounts of time and money! I would not recommend this practice to anyone if they care about their eyes!

I was originally recommended to dr. Fite but because he doesn't have any openings until Feb/March…read morenext year, I gladly took an appointment with Dr. Monson. Which, he is very nice guy BUT never look at my eye with his naked eye only thru A binocular microscop. I was told my vision was "perfect" but I never told them I wear glasses . So how can my vision be perfect? I'm being treated for "floaters" but obviously when you look at my eye I have pinguecuela. floaters and pinguecula are completely different. Floaters are the result of the jelly inside of your eyeball breaking down and as a result you see little floaters. A pingueculum or pinguecula is a growth on the white surface part of your eye that is typically related to sun exposure. It is a benign growth that can become inflamed and cause irritation. I believe my Medical background still serves me well. Both of my appointments with Dr. Monson were under 5 min. I believe he was more concerned about playing/flirting with the front desk vs. my appointment. The last time I visited, the lady who checked me out was so unpleasant and unprofessional (chewing her gum and then texting on her phone) she was uncomfortably rude to me( don't know her name bcs. They don't wear a name tags but she had blonde hair). Office is very clean, but they need to work on their customer/patient service much better

My eyesight was compromised and I needed experienced individuals for my after surgery care. Naturally, I was extremely cautious in trusting my sight with, yet, another stranger. I was originally slated to see Dr. Simone. An emergency arouse and I had the option of rescheduling for a later date or seeing Dr. Varanelli at roughly the same time and date. Fate is a strange thing. Now, I won't see any other eye guy. The minute I met the doctor I became at ease. He has an incredible way about him. Very calming and polite. A funny man that's the utmost professional. I learned about different tests he performs. He has the ability to provide insight to my overall health by looking in the back of my eyes (I believe there's a small pun in that last sentence). The staff there is very accommodating and efficient. I worked with Emily today and it was good times. I can't tell you whether or not she is great at her job or using that high-tech Star Trek looking stuff the right way. But I passed all my tests with flying colours so I guess she's wonderful. I tried to get a pair of sunglasses through them, and after my first phone call where an employee named Debbie told me how I should pick out the glasses online, I couldn't get a hold of them for two weeks. When they finally answered a call, I spoke to Debbie again and told her what pair I wanted. She said she'd order them and then send them to me when they got to the office. Almost two more weeks later, I tried calling again because I hadn't received the sunglasses yet. For a few days in a row, I kept trying to get a hold of them, but they never once answered or responded to any voicemails I left. Then I find out that Debbie was purposefully screening my calls. After calling a couple times one day, I immediately called back on a different phone number/area code, and Debbie answers right away. She was audibly disappointed that it was me calling, which is honestly very hurtful. I don't want to feel like a hassle when I'm giving someone my business and so much of my time. She told me that she never listened to my voicemail and never ordered the glasses, so I had to stay on the phone with her for a while giving her my info again while she ordered them finally. Again, I've never encountered such an unprofessional situation before, and I hate to judge the whole business based on Debbie, but she was the only one who answers calls I guess. I feel like screening calls and dodging a customer is termination-worthy. I just hope to never have to deal with Debbie again, so I will not be coming here for anything else.

The staff who were there today, Megan and Haley, are very professional and courteous. I never have to wait more than 10 min in the waiting room. Dr. Hakimzadeh is professional, kind, knowledgeable and the most important thing is that she LISTENS. She lets you speak and she has great skill. She is thorough and has a great bedside manner, which is very important to me. All the way around it is always a good experience with the Dr. and her staff. If you are looking for a new Eye Dr. I highly recommend Dr. Hakimzadeh. She is the best there is!
