Bottom line is Dr. Sanchez does not value when his team gives their word that it holds no value. A true leader and a true business owner stands behind the promises, His team makes. If you value a professional who honors their word and respects their clients, look elsewhere. My wife's Invisalign treatment was the first red flag; it took four attempts over three months just to get an answer on a delay. My experience was the breaking point. In late October, I was told I needed a re-scan. I followed up diligently--calling twice in November, twice in December, and twice in January. Every single time, I was promised a call back that same day. Every single time, they failed to call. After 90 days of their silence, I was told my Invisalign "window" had expired--a deadline never once mentioned to me. Despite this being a direct result of their own administrative failure and lack of follow-through, Dr. Sanchez refused to honor the commitments his team made to me. He told me that if I wanted to continue, I would have to pay for the entire process all over again. In my 50-year career in customer-facing roles, I have learned one absolute truth: Integrity is everything. When a team gives their word, a leader honors it. Dr. Sanchez, however, is comfortable making empty promises and hiding behind "expired windows" rather than taking accountability for his staff's failures. It is deeply disappointing to terminate a 14-year relationship, but I cannot patronize a business that lacks the basic integrity to stand by its word. First, this office does not answer their phone, so how are you supposed to book an appointment? 90% of time they are running late, as in 30 minutes late. The building is new, clean and has great ambience, but some of the procedures seem to be dated. read more

Top four teeth were looking poorly. I asked about veneers, but Dr. Sanchez suggested enameloplasty first. It was fast, painless, and great improvement. Dr. Sanchez & staff are good at making the best out of less than fun experience. read more

Dr Sanchez and his staff are great. Dr. Sanchez and his dental assistant actually take the time to sit and explain each and every step during each procedure. They make you really feel at ease. I would definitely recommend them. read more

office is run poorly and I have expressed I'm on a fixed income and need to know before getting in chair if I'm being charged! was told I'm charged today cause it needef to be over 3 months before insurance would pay, so why wouldn't they schedule this way to save people money! and still waiting on whitening kit I ordered in AprI'll just done! Dr. Sanchez has been my family's dentist for the past 10 years. He has always been very patient, and thorough in explaining the treatment, and ensuring it goes to plan. His staff is very friendly, and they do a great job with my young children for their routine cleanings. I have recommended him to my friends and family for years. read more

My first year at Dr. Sanchez was fine. I liked him and his staff. Then last year I needed an implant . I went to the dental school to have it done because of financial reasons. ( half the price) I had an appointment to put the crown on my implant with Dr. Sanchez. I went to the appointment but they didn't have my records, even though his staff told me they had them when the appointment was made. He said he couldn't do anything that day and when I got the records there he would do the crown . For reasons I still don't understand the bottom fell out from there. His office called to reschedule and I returned the phone call. I was told they would call back. After waiting 3 days I called them. I was told they would call back to schedule. Again no phone call for 2 days. I called again and asked to speak Dr. Sanchez. He never called. I called again and the receptionist told me he said my implant wasn't viable. I asked again to Speak to Dr. Sanchez. Again, no call. At this point I have no idea why Dr. Sanchez won't speak to me. I went back to the dental school to have them check the implant and they said it was fine. The dental school called Dr. Sanchez and he wouldn't take their call. Again, I call Dr. Sanchez office ( at this point they say it's because 2 employees quit) and I explained that I would like to speak to Dr. Sanchez. I NEVER received a call back. Clearly he doesn't care about me as his patient. I have never had an issue with any doctor. I still don't understand what happened and why I was ignored. read more
