One of the bar tenders couldn't get the block of ice to split, so she had another bar tender split the ice and use it in our old fashion. I didn't see any of them wash their hands before or after. Also they didn't rinse the shakers between drinks. It was also hard to get their attentions after our first round. Five bartenders and my fiance standing there for 10 mins with no acknowledgement.
