Yes; it's true and the selection looks good. Their grab and go section, has huge hoagie sandwiches, priced at $5.99 and enough to feed two people, piled high slices of swiss and salads. Green Hills has lots of snacks, granola bars, hot sauces, a little of this and that, no beef/chicken/poultry, sparse veg and fruit, limited household and hygiene products. There is a small selection of frozen foods, where I happened to spot Little Debbie ice-cream! Be sure to check the expiration dates on products, some items I've seen had expired.
