I purchased 25 cupcakes. One didn't make it back to the hotel. Everyone said they were completely delicious.

Hello my fruitcake filled friends! Happy holidays and a grand new year to you. Cupcakes. I love them. They're basically tiny cakes pretending to be casual. I was in charge of dessert for the family Christmas gathering, so naturally, the pressure was on. I did a quick Yelp search, picked this place, and--wow--am I glad I did. It's tucked away in a little shopping village, but it was worth the search. The first good sign? People were streaming in and out with pick up orders of baked goods. I knew these folks were locals and knew what they were doing. Always trust the locals. I called ahead and talked a guy (I think he was the owner) who walked me through all my options and made it really easy. He even gave me tips on storage because the weather was colder than a refrigerator. He told me I could keep them in our vehicle, since we were staying at a hotel. He was right--the cupcakes stayed perfect. And they weren't just pretty--they tasted incredible. Moist, spongy, perfectly sweet. The icing? Light, fluffy, not too sweet--basically, it was the cupcake version of Goldilocks. . My personal favorite was the chocolate with caramel icing and drizzle. Unreal. My mom--87 years old--devoured a cookie dough cupcake that was huge. She didn't leave a crumb, which made me happy because getting her to eat is difficult. Bottom line--if I'm ever back in Hershey, this bakery is my first stop. They had a lot of really beautiful bakes on display. There is no inside seating but there's outside seating if the weather is conducive. If you're a local, and you haven't been there yet, you need to go.

We ordered a custom cake, cookies, and cupcakes for my son's birthday party from Creation Cakes and everything turned out amazing! The cream cheese frosting on the carrot cake and red velvet cupcakes was honestly the best I've ever tasted. On top of everything tasting great, they were extremely helpful and made the whole ordering process easy.

Got 3 desserts only had the time and self control to snap 1. I got the cookie dough cheesecake , Oreo cheesecake and cookie crumble cupcake(pictured) . Easiest 10/10 ever. So delicious not too sweet, great customer service. The owner / baker answered all of our questions and was super patient. Just a wonderful experience. The show is nice and cozy as well as clean and organized. 100% hidden gem, you have to try here!

I called in for a two tear 6inch cake and she wanted to charge me 185$ and I had to pick it ups. That's wild crazy. I'm attaching the photo of the cake I wanted to have made

The atmosphere was fun, utilizing retired ride vehicles as booths and playing into the park setting. As expected in Hershey, the menu explored how chocolate can be integrated into a very American menu. I enjoyed the pulled pork grilled cheese: the chocolate barbecue sauce reminded me of a lighter molasses-based sauce so it worked with the barbecue. We had the Ferris Wheel appetizer which was mostly a win, but the items could have shown up on a TGI Friday's menu. The next day, to escape the millions of middle schoolers in the park (I have a whole travelogue brewing for that) we came back because I wanted one of their gigantic milkshakes. The Reese's peanut butter shake was peanut butter to the Nth degree, and it was topped by an entire slice of peanut butter pie. My friend got a stomachache but I love anything peanut butter so this was a win for me. Both times the service was really good. Our servers were friendly and attentive so we never felt we were being ignored or passed over. A+ in the service department.

I do favor chocolate as far as candy wise but not too excited when it is on food. So I was very skeptical. Me and my family had a wild day at Hershey Park and I figured we should end the day with a dine. So I chose The Chocolatier. Upon entering, we were greeted and seated immediately without any wait. I loved the fun decoration of The Chocolatier. Our Waitress Ella came 10 minutes after we were seated and took our drinks. I ordered Ferris Wheel Sampler, Shrimp Cocktail, Lobster Taco, Park Breeze, and 3 Cookies and Cream Milkshakes. If you think this is a little bit of food then you are wrong lol. Hubby only wanted the milkshake. And my daughter also only wants the milkshake. The other items are all for me:) Ferris Wheel Sampler looks really cute but I found the appetizers to be very mediocre. Shrimp Cocktail's shrimps are overcooked and extremely chewy. Lobster Taco are mediocre as well. And the Cookies and Cream milkshake are not actually cookies and cream ice cream, it tastes like vanilla ice cream mix with cookies. Will I come back? Maybe, but I won't get these again! My bill is around $167 and I left Ella a $40 tip. For a meal that's over $200, I expect to eat better. Even though The Chocolatier accept Apple Pay, you have to walk with your server to their station in order to pay for it. Payment system is outdated. Unlike The Yard House and other restaurant, you can paid at your table.

Truffle tries 10/10 The fries came out looking super light in color, so I was a little nervous about the cook of them but it was definitely deceiving because they were great! Little tiny crisp on the outside. There was plenty of truffle flavor, and the aioli was delicious too! Overloaded Pepperoni 6/10 Sweet sauce. Because it's called overloaded pepperoni, we expected it to be fully covered in pepperoni and it 100% was not at all. It was just a normal amount of pepperoni, which was super disappointing. The next day eating the leftovers, the dough was super soggy and gummy like it wasn't cooked, it was gross. Baja-Style fish tacos 9/10 The piece of fish could have been slightly bigger, I feel like it was kinda buried in the taco under everything else, when the fish really should have been the star of the dish. The slaw was nice and balanced; there actually was a ton of pickled red onion, which I think totally could have been a little less; the pico was fresh; and the chipotle aioli had a good flavor and was like a mild-medium spice level. Everything in the taco went really well together and it was really tasty. I don't really understand the tortilla chips on the side- there was nothing to dip them in or eat them with, so they were kind of a waste.

Beginning in 1910, Hershey began to give tours of its chocolate factory to the public. Visitors walked through real production areas to see processes like bar molding, wrapping, and the depositing of Hershey Kiss chocolates. By the early 1970s, the public tours had become too crowded for the active manufacturing plant. Located next to Hersheypark, Hershey opened Chocolate World as an alternate visitor center for the public to learn about the manufacturing process as well as purchase chocolate products in the large retail shop. My family and I recently visited Hershey while we were visiting our cousins in Pennsylvania. My wife and I had both separately visited Hershey when we were children, but this was the first visit for our own children. After taking a tour around town with Hershey Trolley Works, we headed inside Chocolate World. We went straight for the Hershey Chocolate Tour, where the line moved very quickly. It's not a real tour of the Hershey Factory, but rather a simulated one that is family-friendly. Similar to an attraction at Disney World, visitors sit in omnimover-style cars that move continuously along a track through the simulated factory journey. Our sons loved seeing the anthropomorphic chocolate characters who teach visitors about the chocolate-making process. Afterwards, we headed to the retail shop area to grab some delicious chocolate treats to take with us on the road. And don't worry... there were plenty of free samples too! For any families looking to visit Hershey, we highly recommend making a delicious stop at Hershey's Chocolate World!

The facilities are well-maintained, the staff are friendly, and there's plenty to see and do whether it's your first visit or your tenth. A few highlights from my visit: If you're only visiting Chocolate World, you receive two hours of free parking, which is a nice perk. Clean facilities, including well-maintained restrooms. A large gift shop with just about every Hershey product you can imagine. The free Chocolate Tour is a must-do and a great introduction to how Hershey chocolate is made. The tour ends with a free sweet treat, which is always a nice bonus. Plenty of activities for families, chocolate lovers, and first-time visitors. There are also several paid add-on experiences available, including: The Hershey Trolley Works tour Create Your Own Candy Bar Hershey's Unwrapped live chocolate tasting show Of these, I highly recomme nd the Trolley Tour. The staff dressed in old-time attire really bring the experience to life, and their energy, storytelling, and interaction with guests make it a memorable part of the visit. It's a fun way to learn about Hershey's history while being entertained along the way. One thing to note is that the store can become quite crowded during the summer months, so be prepared for larger crowds if you're visiting during peak season. Overall, Hershey's Chocolate World is a fun, family-friendly attraction that offers a mix of free and paid experiences. Whether you're stopping in for the Chocolate Tour, shopping for treats, or taking the trolley ride, it's a classic Hershey experience that's well worth a visit.

I would say our next favorite was the peanut butter fudge, it was so thick and moist. The peanut butter and jelly cookie also had good flavor and adequate filling. We enjoyed all the other flavors as well. Oreos and creme was good. Salted caramel had good flavor and the pretzel chunks added some interesting texture. The brownie was very thick, and well worth taking a bite, it's rich enough that only a bite was sufficient. The cookies are big enough to cut into 6 or 8 pieces and everyone still gets a good sample. if you want to share them with friends. They are some fairly large cookies, so for our group of six, the six we tried were more than enough! There were so many different flavors, definitely going to have to try more next time I'm in the area!!

I found out about Taylor Chip Cookies thru the Yelp Harrisburg Instagram page and I'm so glad I…read moredid!! It is located at the Fresh Market at Hershey Town Square (we popped into a store to ask where it was). Oddly, she directed us to the UPMC Outpatient Center. That's all it said on the building. Entrances flank both sides of the building, nothing is clearly marked. Entering the town square is pretty magical the first time. I thought, this must be Hershey's best kept secret! Once locating Taylor Chip, we got in line. It was busy but not too long of a wait. While waiting the line did get quite extensively longer. Moral of the story... if you're behind 5 people, don't get out of line as it can change in a second! All those huge cookies lined up looked so tempting. I intended to get several but ended up with a half dozen anyway. Fun fact! You only get a box if you order a half dozen or more, otherwise it's placed in a paper sleeve or you can pay $0.50 for a single cookie box. I got Oatmeal raisin, double chocolate, chocolate with peanut butter inside, carrot with cream cheese icing, chocolate and salted caramel pretzel(these may not be the exact names) The peanut butter chocolate and the double chocolate were delicious and tasted exactly the same. There was only a spot of peanut butter right in the middle that you could hardly taste. I went back another day and all the peanut butter chocolate cookies had a drizzle of peanut butter right on top. I was elated but disappointed that they sold me an incomplete cookie the first time. I also paid 50 cents to get it in a box so it wouldn't get messy shoved in a bag. If I had a chance to speak to the owner, I would tell them to work on consistency (they aren't as filled as advertised) and to offer a box for the few cookies that have goop on top. Customers shouldn't have to pay extra to not have their cookies ruined and messy. That's just bad business. To sum it up... cookies are very expensive, Hershey location may be hard to find the first time, and consistency and customer service is a little shoddy but you'll get a delicious cookie if you eat it fresh.

It was a bit difficult to find from that side, even with his directions, as once again NO signs. They had plenty of signs for locating your building and room... so why wouldn't they add signs for finding food and getting more $$ out of their patrons?? Once we finally found it with the hope of not being towed, we also saw where the main parking was - a HUGE lot out front. The service inside was great. They even had gluten-free blueberry muffins that were so good I almost wolfed it down before getting a photo. Fluffy and moist... not a brick or dry like most GF baked goods.
