The initial appointment was maybe 15-20 mins, super professional and timely. It is 50% upfront and the remainder is due at the time of completion. Be prepared for a wait once they get it confirmed and ordered. I was quoted 10-14 weeks and it was pretty much dead on. The install was scheduled about a week out. Nick and Chris showed up on time and knocked it out in about 2 1/2 hours. The door looks great and I was impressed with how much detail they went into regarding the maintenance and such. I am very happy with my screen door and would recommend them if you are considering it. If there are any issues down the line, I'm sure they'd be just as professional especially if you aren't a jerk. read more

Could not be happier with our new security door! We had been looking for a way to get more ventilation into our home without having our front door look like the entrance to a prison. Steve's has numerous options to not only add security but also improve the look of the door. We are very happy with the product and Sean and Nick did a great job installing it. First of all, trying to pick & choose the best design for our home was tough! They have so many amazing designs to choose from that add curb appeal to your house, opposed to the traditional ugly security doors that we all know & have seen! While it was a tough choice, we are extremely happy with the choice we made & the color scheme looks phenomenal!! We had our security door installed in September 2022. From the time that we ordered in June 2022, installation was approximately a 16 week wait! But let me tell you, it was well worth the wait! Our security gate is gorgeous and we have gotten lots of compliments from our neighbors. After installation, I did notice a little gap at the bottom of the door.
