I had initial engagements with similar companies in the Sac area and I am glad we went with Steve's. Starting with Natalie from the office, she is very responsive, pleasant to speak with and customer conscious. Natalie made me feel welcomed and she spoke/texted with a positive vibe! Very important attribute for a customer facing role. She also respected my goal to convey to the sales/consulting manager that i just wanted a quote since I am still shopping around. With Sean (Sales/consulting Manager), my experience was very similar to Natalie, he spent a good hour and half with us. Very patient in explaining and responding to all our questions. No high pressure sales tactic. Sean followed up with after two weeks to inquire about our decision. His measurements were accurate and when I texted him to confirm hinge placement, color and design, again - consistent and responsive! I appreciated that. I almost went with another company but I was turned off by the vibe. I was consultation appointment was cancelled twice and no follow up after the second cancellation. I guess my business was not worth their time. Will not name the company; I will not do that here but will certainly not recommend them. As for the installation Team, Nick and Julian are cool folks! They called me to let me know they are running late. I was ok with it, I was working at home anyway. Nick and Julian were also very professional. They made sure the door was properly installed. I can tell they wanted to make sure we were accommodated on out questions. They were not in a hurry, they continued to refine the door position until it was perfect. I appreciated that! So, here's the summary --what are the common traits I observed in Steve's? We had been looking for a front door screen that was sturdy but not overwhelmingly ornate. During our research we found Steve's Mobile Security, who offered a simple but very secure screen door. We contacted them to request an estimate and they were very responsive and helpful. Then we had them come out to take measurements and order our door. Due to supply chain issues, it took a while to get the door, but it came in at the time they predicted. We received a call and scheduled the installation within a week. Chris arrived to install the door...he was very nice, got straight to business, and completed the job that day. He then went through all of the information on the door (cleaning, removal, operations, etc) and said to call if there was ever an issue.
