They sent a very nice man out about 10 minutes after I called, who came and took my old tire, then went back to M&M to get me a new one. It took him like a minute to take off and 2 minutes to put back on. I was stranded on the side of the road, got a new tire and it changed for me all under a hour. ( if I didn't call them, I was looking at a 3 hour wait for my husband to get there.) Hands down best service, both customer and professional. Fast, friendly with fair prices! I made sure to get a card from the gentleman who changed my tire bc i will be calling them in the future for ALL my tire needs and will be telling friends and family.

These people did nothing but lie repeatedly for no other reason other than the sake of lying. They cursed me out repeatedly, I was threatend to have my vehicle stolen from me, and I was robbed $1685 dollars. This is only half of the horror story. Working a 6/10 schedule and only having Sundays off isn't conducive to getting work down on your car. But I called peak performance and talked to Vince. We scheduled the appointment ahead a few days and I was able to get my car in. Their technicians knocked out the short laundry list of stuff on my car quickly and at a good price. I didn't lose my transportation for more than a couple hours and they even told me about a future problem they'd be happy to take care of another day. It's always a gamble on the road finding a good reputable shop with good customer service and quality techs. Peak performance is one of those good shops.
