I feed the linemen that go out restore power in Oakdale. Due to storms, heat events sometimes I have to feed our guys. I live in Manteca and work in Oakdale. I personally don't eat a lot of breads, crusts. OMG though! This pizza was off the chain! I had to get 30 guys fed recently at the drop of a hat. I love living in the valley, but one of the worst parts is the pizza culture. I am used to reading great reviews and being disappointed when I try pizza places myself. That is not the case with these guys. Finally, a spot that lives up to the hype! I talked pizza with these guys and they are as authentic as they come. They aren't taking any short cuts. They use the best ingredients and do it for a very reasonable price based on my experience. We had a 16 inch cheese. My seven year old son ate half the pie. If a kid can taste the quality, I'm certain you will too. Their two day dough creates a dream crust. It's light, crispy and has a fantastic chew. They use the best pizza cheese money can buy and the sauce is top notch as well. Come for the pizza, stay for the wings. Their buffalo garlic Parmesan wings were fantastic. It's so nice to have a taste of the East Coast here in Oakdale. My only regret is not finding these guys sooner. Well done, Steve! I'm a pizza snob and I can confidently say these guys stack up to the big boys of pizza. I promise you, nobody is doing it better in the valley. read more

First time going. Here's my experience giving them the benefit of the doubt. First it was pretty cold inside our pizza got cold fast. Second i was charged $4.50 for a tall bottle of coke when a 2 liter was only $3.50. Wait the menu states they offer fountain drinks for $2.75 guess what? No fountain drinks. Ok that's that so far. So we ordered a sacillian pepperoni pizza came out in a weird pan like when you bake cookies. Of course no forks were presented or offered for a bit of a messy pizza. I will say the pizza sauce was good the crust was ok however pepperoni is typically greasy but this is definitely a heart attack waiting to happen. Sad to say this place came highly recommended. But after listening to to the staff complaining about their establishment phone ringing it was apparent that they hated being there so we will not be returning especially after spending like $40 for basically a thick crust pepperoni pizza a Coke and a water. We will NOT be going back. You can check it out but I'd rather spend my time and money somewhere else. They are trying but they need more kitchen and customer service etiquette. Guys please be mindful of customers when they can hear your dissatisfaction and disappointment of having to work and make some change to improve customer experience or you WILL fail.. NOT WORTH THE PRICE RIGHT NOW. Take this as a sign that you're almost there. Be considerate. I will say it's ALMOST worth the price just not now. read more

Best pizza I've had in the valley. I've had the traditional and sicilian style and both are amazing. I don't know how they prepare their dough but they're definitely doing it right.
