Wow wow wow!!! I can eat the Tea Leaf Salad all day, everyday!…read more The food is so flavorful and delicious. Lots of gluten free and vegan options to choose from. We had the spring rolls, they were made fresh in house and the dipping sauce was such a treat. For entree we got Shan noodle with Beyond meat (spicy). It was a perfect noodle dish. Our server was also very friendly and made great suggestions based on our preferences. I can't wait to come back and eat the tea leaf salad again.

It was definitely a more "lowkey" experience, but it was a comfortable place to enjoy a relaxed meal. FOOD: We ordered the chicken noodle soup, egg rolls, goat curry, and tea leaf salad. We really enjoyed all of the food, but the rich and flavorful goat curry was definitely the standout! The tea leaf salad was still pretty good, although it was not quite as flavorful as we were hoping it would be. SERVICE: The service was exceptional from beginning to end. Everyone was kind, attentive, and welcoming without ever making us feel rushed. Our server was patient with us and even gave us a free dish when dishes were taking a bit longer to come out. PRICE/VALUE: Prices were pretty standard for the area and felt reasonable for the quality and portions. PARKING: Parking was easy and convenient with a large lot outside. Overall, this was a very solid four-star experience, and I would gladly come back for the goat curry!

The broth was solid, but the beef could've used more flavor. 8/10 Grilled Pork Lemongrass Rice Platter: Tasted good overall, though I'm used to getting more pork at other spots. Still a decent plate. 8/10 Service: We got our food without issues, everything came out as ordered. 10/10

We arrived around 11:30 am on a Saturday and there was no wait. We ordered and tried the following: 1) Shrimp egg rolls 2) Tofu banh bao 3) Small pho, beef broth, brisket, beef meatballs - We specifically order the pho for my girls and they both finished it without a single drop of broth left. 4) Small pho, vegan broth, tofu and mushrooms - Most Vietnamese restaurants do not have a vegan broth option. My mom is a vegetarian so this was definitely a surprise and ideal option! 5) Bun Dau Mam Tom - This can be a mess to wrap the fried tofu, steamed pork, rice noodles, and shrimp paste in lettuce. Everything went well together and the shrimp paste has a slight kick to it. 6) Soft shell crab fried rice - The soft shell crab is crunchy and came with a generous portion of fried rice. We had plenty of fried rice left. 7) Vietnamese iced coffee - My parents generally prefer the Vietnamese coffee hot however Pholicious only serves them cold. 8) Egg coffee - Rich and creamy! We did not try the banh mi but we did buy a bag of freshly baked baguettes to go. Each bag comes with three baguettes. If you buy one bag, it is $3. However, if you buy two bags, it is cheaper at $5. The baguettes held up really well for our home-made sandwiches.

I was kind of surprised to see this place listed separately on Yelp as it is actually the cafe…read moreinside of Lifetime Fitness -- but hey, I'm not going to complain. My husband and I don't really plan on eating here because we just come to use the machines, take a few classes, and sit in the hot tub (which is pretty amazing); however, we decided to give it a shot just to say we've eaten there. Life Cafe's philosophy is to provide clean, healthy food to the people using the facilities. That means no high fructose corn syrup, no artificial ingredients, organic and gluten-free options, and so forth. To my surprise, they actually do a good job of sticking with this philosophy and creating a yummy menu. They also make a variety of smoothies with fruits, juices, yogurt, and milk (almond milk available for $.50 more). Whey protein is added to nearly all smoothies but you can request VeganMax protein instead, which is Lifetime's vegan protein supplement. SWEET. (I hate whey.) My husband ordered the savory roast beef sandwich and I had a wild-caught grilled salmon salad with a smoothie. The food is made fresh behind the counter so there is a slight wait. However, you're able to sit at the table and hang out until they bring the food to you (you're given a number sign when you order). My husband's sandwich seemed kind of small; yet, my salad was huge. They were both REALLY GOOD -- much better than we had expected from a place inside a fitness center. My strawberry/banana/orange juice smoothie was good although I could taste the protein powder with every sip. I got used to it. I wish they had more veggie smoothies. The cafe has a good amount of tables, large windows, and shelves of products for sale. I pretty much ignore the walls of products, but the snack bars are cool. So what's the catch? Why the four stars? The food is EXPENSIVE! Kyle's sandwich and my salad were nearly $9 each. I realize that the quality is amazing (and heck, Lifetime's membership isn't cheap) but I just can't afford to pour more money into this place. I'm still glad we tried it!

I always find this place to be a happy little retreat for lifetime members. I can't put my finger…read moreon why it's always nice visiting. Maybe it's all that serotonin straight from working out, the friendly employees, or the nice natural light that'll flood right into this cafe. I enjoy just sitting here. Smoothies are awesome. I have never had one I did not like! They frequently update their menu so look out for new items arriving every now and then! Totally recommend stopping in!
