    Sold my car on December 23 2025. Changer my card for supercharging before selling it. Didn't remove my access from the car so I was able to see the car's location and was able to control it after it was bought and removed myself

    Proof I've been on hold for 45min

    DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!!!!! I picked up a truck 3/7/26 from them and on 3/8/26(the next day) I had issues with it. I called over and I was told by David my sales rep, that I would be hearing from the manager later that afternoon. Well the came and went and no call. So I called back and David told me there was nothing he can do since the service department was closed by then. Next day I called and again no one was able to help me. I've been calling the last 4 days and no luck. Today I talked to David and he had the nerves to hang up on me mid conversation. Now I'm trying to talk to the manager and I've been on hold for 45 minutes. If anyone has an experience like this let me know. I'm happy to start a class action lawsuit against them.

    Buyer Beware: My Disappointing Experience with STG Dealership This review is based on my experience with STG's deceitful, dishonest, and unreliable business practices, along with their rude and unprofessional customer service -- from the front desk receptionist to the service department staff (Marina, in particular). This was my second time purchasing a vehicle from STG, and unfortunately, history repeated itself. The first time, they lied about services they promised to uphold. Because I didn't ensure it was written in the contract, they refused to honor their word. I let it go at the time since I was able to resolve the issue elsewhere without much hassle. Fast-forward to this past month -- I returned to STG because of their wide vehicle selection and seemingly reasonable prices. I'm now kicking myself for not choosing a reputable dealership. The Sales Experience I dealt with Carlos, Ramy, Anthony (sales manager), and others at their Montclair location. The car I purchased wasn't actually there; instead, I got a message from Anthony at their Bellflower location saying the car was being transported. That was around 9 a.m., so I drove down to Montclair -- only to end up waiting over four hours for it to arrive. During that time, Ramy had me sign all the paperwork while the car was still in transit. He kept assuring me, "You're going to love the car -- it's a great car." Foolishly, I trusted his word and didn't inspect the vehicle before signing. When the car finally arrived, I immediately noticed numerous scratches, deep dings, and a rough interior that clearly needed a professional detailing. I pointed these issues out, and they assured me everything would be fixed. We shook hands, and I believed them. Broken Promises I made an appointment with their service department, where I was attended by Marina. She immediately told me they wouldn't repair anything because it wasn't listed on their "due bill." I explained that Ramy had promised the fixes verbally, but she refused to honor it. I left the vehicle with them for nearly a week, and when I picked it up, it was in worse condition than when I dropped it off. None of the promised work had been done. When I tried to reach out for resolution, I was constantly given the runaround. Anthony (sales manager) even hung up on me, and neither Carlos nor Ramy would return my calls. Deceptive Add-Ons and Overcharges On top of everything else, they tried to charge me $900 for window tinting and another $900 for door bumper guards -- both outrageously overpriced. After some haggling, I got the price lowered, but the tint job had bubbles, and the car still had visible scratches. Final Thoughts This dealership will say anything to make a sale and get you out the door, but once they have your money, you're on your own. If you're considering buying from STG, learn from my mistake: Get everything in writing. Make sure all promises are clearly listed on your due bill. Don't pay for overpriced extras like tint, door guards, or GPS add-ons. And most importantly, take your business to a reputable dealership that values honesty and customer satisfaction. Buyer beware -- once you drive off their lot, STG stops caring.

    Selling better vehicles would be ideal they sold my wife and her mom this car a little bit over a month ago I'm pretty sure that they knew the bumper would fall off at some point now that 30 days is up they definitely would not want to help if they do please reach out and help because this is unacceptable she almost had a car accident when the bumper fell off and cracked it's a brand new 2022 and we are definitely can I figure out a way to get a lawyer and see what we can do because after all these reviews I have read I'm pretty sure they're not gonna help us sell better vehicle vehicles ! When she was driving down the road the bumper fell off in the freeway and almost caused a big accident imagine it would've been our fault because of your faulty bumper or because you guys didn't put it on right I'm gonna reach out to a lawyer as soon as I can if you guys don't reach out to me or my wife

My disappointment began when I took my car to my mechanic to have it inspected. Danny sent me a picture of him standing in front of the car, up on the lift, and their mechanic inspecting the rear end of the car. See attached pictures and text. My mechanic put the car up on his rack and immediately determined this car had been in a severe accident which damaged the rear end of the car, that had been repaired and there were also many prominent areas of visible rust that had be growing for awhile. I was assured this car had never been in an accident and (you'll see from the attached pictures and text) assured it had been thoroughly inspected prior to my driving it. How frustrating and disappointing I wasn't informed by anyone at California Direct Motors of this obvious accident. So even though I would recommend Danny as a good salesperson, I can't in good conscious recommend this dealership. And I purchased my current car from another dealership.
