I've been using Sticker Guy since 2008. If you read their terms and service on their website they do tell you it takes 3-4 weeks to get your stickers in the mail. But the prices are cheapest for some of the highest quality stickers out there. The stickers are "bumper sticker" quality, screen printed on vinyl, and UV protected. I've seen stickers my friends put on their cars still surviving 10 years later. Over the years their website has improved a lot. I really enjoy uploading and adjusting the cuts. If you're starting off and you don't want to spend too much, $20-$24 for 250 stickers is super cheap, and if you buy more than one design at a time the cost of shipping really isn't a big deal. I usually come up with a few designs and then place an order and shipping is about $9-$14. They send out notifications of when your order is being printed, as notification of when your order is shipped. They do have monthly specials, so I try taking advantage of those when they come around. There have been options of glow in the dark vinyl, gold foil, and holo-foil sticker options. There's a lot of sticker makers out there and if you want cheaper, faster service you'll be getting what you pay for. Because all those services are kinda horrible in some small way. Waiting 30 days seems like a lot to online buyers but not everything is Amazon. Sticker Guy is a small company run by good people. read more

On March 9, I placed an order with Sticker Guy for a vinyl sticker using Ukraine colors (yellow and blue) on white vinyl while they were running a special. One month passed and I had not received the order so I nicely messaged and inquired about the status of the order. Antonia responded saying my order was on hold because the artwork graphic wasn't high enough quality. She said "Dave" had emailed me but the email may have gone to my SPAM folder. I checked my SPAM folder and didn't find any email from Dave or anyone from Sticker Guy. I sent an updated graphic and asked if that would work. Dave responded to me saying "The Limited Special on White vinyl ended; in laymen's terms, no white can exist on the current special (only blue and yellow).  If you're OK with all the white printing as yellow then, yes, it will work.  If not, no it will not work." My purchase that I had an email receipt for was for yellow and blue printing on white vinyl. Now Dave wanted to alter my purchase to only blue and yellow with no white. I responded "When I placed the order it was for ink colors yellow and blue on white vinyl.  If you're not willing to honor that can you please issue a refund?" Dave responded "That is correct, when the order was placed it was for yellow and blue on white vinyl.  That, however, ended weeks ago. As per your directions we will refund the order." This is not how a transaction works. I paid for blue and yellow on white vinyl and that is what I expected to get. I don't appreciate my time being wasted or dealing with the poor customer service I received from Sticker Guy. If you are looking for good stickers at a good price I'd recommend checking out Sticker Mule. The quality is phenomenal and the turnaround is usually 7-8 days. The only reason why I did a transaction with Sticker Guy this time around was because of what I thought was a good deal on yellow, blue and white stickers. Sadly I was wrong but I am glad I received my money back and didn't do business with Sticker Guy. read more

Here's the problem.. I want to give these guys four stars.. I also want to give them two stars. Yes, I got my stickers about a month after I ordered them. Would it have taken longer if I hadn't bothered them via phone and email several times along the way? Probably. But either way, I asked them to call me once they received the order, no response. I asked them to correspond with me through the process, no response. The one email I got from them was sent once the order was shipped.. I don't know.. It's frustrating.. I understand-- it's probably a small operation. They surely don't have dedicated customer service staff, and that's fine. All I ask for is some correspondence through the process, so we can all get what we want. A good product, and a good process along the way. Went to reorder and received what I felt was an extremely inflated quote so I questioned it letting them know I received several others quotes almost 75% less than their quote. Was told "good for you". I really liked the product but I will not give my business to any company that has so little respect for their customers and cannot understand the importance of professional customer service. Turnaround time is very slow also but they did state the times on the website so are correct in that. I wouldn't use them again just because the stickers were such poor quality. Fuck Sticker Guy! I waited over a month for my order and they ended up fucking it up anyway! What really upsets me though is that I e-mailed them to explain my order and I implored them to write me back or call me if they had any questions. Sticker Guy is cheap, the stickers come out pretty good... but you will be waiting a solid month before your stickers even print, much less delivered. They do respond to email though, so don't be shy about asking for a status. I just ordered a second set of stickers and so far this has been the process: 3/2 Placed an order. Received order/payment confirmation. ... wait ... 3/13 Wondered WTF is going on with my stickers. 3/16 (2:30pm) Sent email asking for status. 3/16 (4:30pm) Replied letting me know they will be printed on 3/27 3/16 (5:00pm) Checked out Yelp to confirm I'm not the only one 3/17 Wrote Yelp review. UPDATE: 3/30 Stickers printed on time (Friday), they were shipped this morning. UPDATE 2: 4/2 Stickers arrived much earlier than I was expecting! Same as last time, the stickers came out great. Yes, it takes a while for them to print your stickers, but their prices are fantastic, the stickers look great, and their customer service is exceptional. Every time I deal with them, I am impressed. Like this most recent time, I, like an idiot, entered my address wrong, so we had to wait for USPS to return the package. When it arrived, they shipped it back to the right address and didn't charge me shipping, even though I offered to pay it since it was my mistake. The orders here take way too long. Everyone I talked to seemed put out or rude. Yes, they are the cheapest, but for me it's such a cop out to have such slow turn arounds and such poor service. I attempted to cancel my order and was told I would need to pay for canceling when they weren't going to deliver for 5 weeks. When I finally received the stickers, they were garbage. they got in a new machine that can print full color stickers in lots of different sizes, and CHEAP. cheap as in 250 for $89ppd cheap (that's 35c/ea). this falls just under the price-point (cost per unit) for us to sell those (3" x 3" square)stickers along with every thing else that's in the regular 2/$1 sticker/pins merch table box (with a half-dozen other stickers/pins) so for a small time punk rock band operation, this falls somewhere between the invention of the wheel and the flying machine. twice in the last fifteen years we had tried to figure out if this popular album-cover image could be printed (cheaply, in a quantity up to a thousand) via regular major office-supply mailorder printers (where we were getting cheap b&w stickers printed twenty years ago, onwards) like DrawingBoard or U-Line but naaah. technical glitches/details on the suppliers' end that couldn't get it done cheaply (with their printing processes/machines). the technical help at Stickerguy were also patient while our summer interns (untamed male monkeys that live on $1 boxes of Alphabits from the local Dollar Tree) required several failed attempts to figure out what a "DPI" or a "image re-sizing" calibration on the deskjet printer's scanner tools was. read more

Sticker Guy was a good company at one time, but I'm not sure what happened to them. Their customer service is non existent. I emailed them four times over an order that wasn't received after their maximum 8 week turnaround time. I never got a response. After 12 weeks I was forced to open a complaint through PayPal. I was still never given any explanation or apology, but I was refunded. They have now lost a customer of 8 years. I'll be ordering with a more reliable company like Diesel Fuel Prints from now on. I've been using Sticker Guy for all my vinyl stickers for over a decade. I've order various sizes from small 20$ for 250 to larger stickers to bulk sticker orders. There are some pros and con for using sticker guy but for me the pros far surpassed any negatives. First off they are so much cheaper in cost compared to local brick and mortar stars in my area. They reason for this is they share the set up fees between the customers. They don't start printing until the sheet is filled up. So it can take awhile if they are slow but turn around time is usually shorter than what it says online. You can also pay extra for rush printing or buy in bulk and it gets rushed automatically. But if you have time and only want a small order it's still cool. Everything is automated online so if you screw up they'll send you an email to correct it as it happened to me. No big deal loaded up photoshop made adjustments and emailed them 20 minutes later, problem solved. Very easy cheap way to get vinyl stickers for your business or propaganda machine.
