Stat away from this place you will regret it if you bring your vehicle there. Trust me. They will find something to fail you on even if it's not a real inspection item. It's like the guy they have working there takes joy in failing state inspections. It's obvious he is working at a place that does stickers only because he most likely couldn't make it as an auto technician. He wrote up several items to fail me on, I took it elsewhere had everything fixed, which was a lot of money, when I pulled in to have him re-inspect it, he told me I also had to address the "squeak" in the front suspension. FRAUDULENT BUSINESS--STOP DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! I have contacted the NH DMV, BBB and CONSUMER PROTECTION AGENCY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will never go back to sticker station. They nitpick everything. They charge $50 for a sticker, then they charged another $20 to re-inspect if it fails. They do have a sign that claims this, but most people notice after they start inspecting their car. They failed me on something another garage said that had nothing to do with inspection. When I complained about the $20 fee I was told about the sign and I was also told I was banned from the store. They claim that they are fair because they don't do the repairs. They make their money on having you keep coming back over and over and over. They also have video and audio recordings which they watch and listening to you in the garage. In summary if you want to be spied on and lose $50 to $100 this is the place for you. if you're looking for an inspection sticker go anywhere but here. read more

Truck failed inspection. It's not that it failed inspection I repaired what was needed and more. It is the fact they charge you and other 50 dollars to re- inspect. Its robbing you. No matter what reason they give me. Should had taking advice to not go there. read more

If I could give it a Zero, I would. Very negative experience in this place. My father came to get a state inspection done, and the guy was very rude and disrespectful. I told my parents and family members to never go there again. I don't know if he thought that my father wanted to leave without paying, but I came across like that. Don't waste your time here. The employee refused to look at my truck. He said it was "too old and I wouldn't know what I was looking at." Seems someone who can't inspect an 87 Ford truck should not have this job. I'm very upset and will be reporting this station. I was patient with the rude employee. I arrived at 11am and the person told me they were taking a lunch break. I said I would wait and they said "I'll just fail that thing." He simply refused to look at it. It's in excellent working condition. I luckily found a place with an opening at 2pm and I passed inspection right away without any issues. The owner sided with the employee on my review. It's great that the owner supports the employees, but the customer service here is garbage. Additionally, I tried going the day before and it was all closed up at 4:30 even though their hours say 5pm. Inspection and oil change done in under 45 minutes. Clean waiting room, and friendly service. Couldn't ask for more. No major repairs done here. May be an issue if your vehicle won't pass inspection. I came her TWO DAYS IN A ROW at 4:15 pm after work. His message says he's open until 5 pm and no appointment is needed. Yesterday he turned me away because of rain (somewhat understandable but he works in a garage and can close the bay doors) and today at the same time he turned me away because he "has stuff to do around the shop". I said, "wait... you're going to turn me away two days in a row? I just drove her from Portsmouth! My car is two years old, it will fly through inspection" and he said "yup, I'm sure you can understand". Well guess what? I DON'T understand. Make your message say 4PM then and people won't come to you so you can take an hour to close up your shop. This guys has ZERO customer service. This place was great when the former manager ran it. Went in today to drop the car off like we had, along with many of my wife's co- workers have in the past, and this guy comes driving in, arms flailing and spouting off. He says you can't drop the car off and need to bring it in. I'm okay with a change in ways of doing business but if this guy is running the show they are going to lose a lot of business just because of his very unfriendly attitude. I brought my newly purchased (but used) vehicle here for a sticker. I completely forgot that the sway bar link was broken but other than that it didn't have any issues to my knowledge as it just had passed MA inspection in October of 2020. Well, I ended up with a list. Sway bar link, front side window tints, plate light, and inner tie rod. I was told that the tie rod was "just a little loose".Okay, no problem I'll just get it fixed. So, I go to pay and I'm told it is $40 and that it is rejected. If I come back in so many days I can pay $20 for the reinspection and if not within those few days than I'd have to pay yet another $40. I have never had a garage bill me for both. Typically it is free for reinspection if I bring it back to to the same garage that denied it. I brought the car to a different garage for 2nd opinion and to have it fixed. They removed the tire and then called me into the garage. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the tie rod, it's not even slightly loose!! I will gladly go elsewhere than to a place that lies and is only after your money! read more

Pretty straight forward. Brought my wife's car in, she didn't pass because of tires and a plate light out. He showed me the light that was out and the tire that didn't pass. I took it to get new tires and put the plate light in, brought it back and it passed. Nice to have a place to take a car that you know you won't get screwed. Will be going back next year. read more

These guys are terrible and don't know what they're doing. Stay away from these clowns. They failed my inspection stating it needed front end work. Took my vehicle to the dealership for work, which would cost me $410 in "so called" repairs to get a valid inspection. They found no issues and put a sticker on my vehicle. Called Sticker Station back for a refund and got the run around. Lost out on $40 due to these idiots. read more
