Visited this restaurant Friday 6/1/18 and when I walked in I was automatically turned off. The servers had a hum drum attitude; not nasty, but not welcoming. The Chips & Salsa was really good, but the menus were dirty and offered no pictures at all except for the high priced steak entrees. I wanted to dine here even though the reviews were not good, but as I sat in this dark establishment with chairs still on the tables ( well after 1pm) I could not see spending money here & joining the many others who complained about sub par food & mediocre service. The salsa is very good. We usually order something other than a combo meal and those items have been pretty good. Service is ok. I am not needy just keep the salsa and beverages and we are good. Recently went on a Saturday evening and they were playing some music game. I like music loud in the car, but this was booming in the entire place. You had to speak very loudly to talk; placing the order was a challenge. I asked about the sound level and the response was that "we ask for it to be turned down, but it doesn't stay down". The main draw to this place is a meal with friends; not that game. We will keep going back, just not on a Saturday. read more

Oh man. The server was excellent, chips and salsa great. Kitchen skills and female "manager" with first initial "A", just horrible. I'm not sure what preparation this biz is doing for a lot of competition about to open in the area, but they need to reevaluate who they have chosen to represent them, b/c what they have now is not it. read more

I absolutely love it here! Everyone is very friendly and makes sure that you are taken care of. You can most definitely see teamwork throughout the night. The food is excellent. I absolutely love the Cornetas with shredded chicken. The margaritas are amazing! Specially the Texas and twisted margaritas. There is even different events through the week! Went on a monday to try the .49 wings. Good wings what you would expect from any bar type place. The salsa is not the best. A little watery and no cilantro. Mexican prices are a little pricey compared to other surrounding places. However I would definetly go again for the .49 wings. read more

This is my second review of Sticky Cactus, this is 7 months later than my last one. The food and service remain excellent. Just don't understand the bad reviews, some people aren't happy about anything. We have never had a problem, not the first one. We go there at least once every two or three weeks. This place was really good and they changed management and it lost it's pazazz. You can tell by driving by and looking at the traffic in the parking lot. I went there on their discount taco night and my tacos came out soggy and lukewarm. if i could give less than 1 star i would. my husband and i both ordered beef taco salads. the 1st ones came cold. the 2nd batch were warmer- skimpy and very unapetizing. looked lie someone had taken an old fast food burger ground it up with the lettuce and a few bits of tomato and threw in into an overdone taco shell. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THERE are good restaurants out there now fighting to keep their business' alive and pay their employees and these people just don't care. read more

If I could give this place less than 1 star, I would. From the very poor service to the horrible food, this place should just do us all a favor and close there doors before someone gets very ill. Even with the limited menu, they can't even cook rice or beans. The rice was water-longed and the beans were cold and thick as Ga. clay. We were brought the wrong order and it took an other 25 minutes to get it straight. I could see into the kitchen from where I was sitting. One man was standing by the serving table eating a taco with bare hands, while he watched as all the food was being served up for customers. Food was dropping from the Taco, what a mess. The bathroom had water dripping from the ceiling into a very large bucket. It was dirty and smelly. I complained to the man at the front desk when we went to pay our check. Invited friends from out of town to eat dinner and each of us had a complaint about the food. The cheese dip got hard within two minutes of having it, we even turned the bowl completely upside down and no cheese moved... The rice was hard and the beans tasted burnt. If you want your basic Mexican food this is worth going to. They always provide good service. Plenty of TVs if you want to watch sports. Decent specials. Just don't expect to be blown away by the menu choices because its small and focused on simple entrees. read more
