I asked the server for a bigger bowl of salsa that way she won't have to keep walking back and forth. She brought a decent sized bowl out and I was happy. The food was hot and fresh. Decently priced I reckon for today's times. The mild salsa is my favorite and still tastes the same. The only thing that I may say needs to be done is the bathroom. It needs a total overhaul. Not apology or attempt to make the customer order correct. I just said ok. Thanks. Wishes I had better service on this day and that my food would have been correct. I'm used to the shrimp cocktail with the 4 or 5 shrimp on the rim of a glass and the sauce inside the glass. But here, at El Charro, the shrimp cocktail is in a giant goblet. The sauce is filled to the top, and at least more than ten large shrimp are inside with tomatoes, avocados, and onions. It is the best I've ever had. I also ordered the chicken noodle soup. The theme here is that everything is huge. The soup comes out with the broth and chicken inside the bowl, and on the side are all the items that go inside: the carrots, corn, potatoes, beans, and avocado. This was one good hearty bowl of soup, tons of chicken, and potatoes. The broth was so good, hot and delicious. I enjoyed my meal and had to get a couple of takeout boxes for my shrimp cocktail and my soup. Like I said, the theme of food in this restaurant is huge! But the best part is that it's good eating.

It came out steaming hot, and the seasoning covered the whole fish from the outside to the inside. The skin was so crispy and crunchy, I left nothing behind. Also, as you can see, I ordered the same appetizer on both days. It's a cheesy sauce with chunks of meat inside. By far, this is a favorite too. I can't wait to try the rest of the menu soon.
