The only reason we came in is because we have questions, then very angrily the woman said she can give us 5 minutes. Once she finished our taxes she charged us an outrageous fee that was not near the website stated for $85 plus additional state filing. The fee was 7 times much as expected. There was never any communication regarding any extra fees other than stated on the website. After talking to other tax professionals the fees should have been no more than $350.
