I closed me accounts there years ago but still maintained a Safe Deposit Box. I just received a billing for next years box rental and I am told that a late fee has been added plus they will now charge an additional $35.00 fee for my not having a checking account there. There was no attempt by the teller nor the operations manager to offer me any other other services such as opening a CD there or anything else that would allow me to keep my safe deposit box there and earn back my business. They also helped me with a cashiers check for a down payment on a house a few years ago and everything was done correctly and customer service was good. The main Bank of Sierra phone number customer support is not quite as good, but I would still give the the main customer support 4 out of 5 stars.
