Front desk was very welcoming, brief meet and greet with Dr to answer any questions I had, checked in to let me know how things were progressing, 30 mins later, happy hound with nice clean teeth. Vet techs were so nice and so friendly. The vet, however, was extremely rude and arrogant. Since this was my first time owning a certain breed of dog, I had a few questions for him (the vet), to which he couldn't answer really any and ended up responding, "haven't you ever owned a dog before?" Yes, I have, but not this dog and not this breed. He then went on to tell me the questions were beneath him and left the room. I had more anticipation…read moreabout taking him to the doctor than I do about myself... they were very nice from the very beginning, clearly informative and professional, and answered any and all of my questions, even through my hyper feelings about being at the doctor and not knowing much about my pets needs.. There was a vet tech there named Brendan I believe who did the blood test and other tests necessary along with a treatment... he was calm and friendly, and assured me that everything went great.. Consistent with the reviews I read this is a great vet service.. I would highly recommend this veterinarian hospital to anybody.. thanks for all your help
