Something happened that caused the blade deck to drop on one side. It caused one blade to stick into the side of the deck and damage the motor on that side. It needed a lot of expensive parts to repair. Don and Rachel contacted the company to seek warranty coverage and stayed at them until the company agreed. They installed all the new parts, which included a new deck and 1 motor, etc. and brought it back to spec. It is working as it did when brand new and it cost me ZERO. Based upon my experience, I have nothing short of 5 star praise for them and would recommend them to anyone seeking repairs or looking to purchase electronic lawn care equipment. As a side note, they do not sell the "Yard Force" line of equipment, but handled it as if I had purchased it from them.

The next afternoon Friday I left a message on the generic phone number Chad gave me asking if he would be able to pick up and repair scooter. Left my phone number. Monday still no word from Chad. I ordered a battery from Walmart and will get a friend or my brother to change the oil. Wonder if I will ever hear from Chad? I really had high hopes for this local shop but I see they have no idea how to run a business. 9/19/18 update. Chad called to apologize.
