Triple Tuna sushi roll with Spicy Scallop Maki behind
    Nancy H.

OK. I expected very little from the place. It's been around forever and I've passed by a million times with no interest in stopping. I remember coming as a kid with the family, but didn't remember anything about the food. Atmosphere isn't anything special and they are way understaffed, but the food. It's killer. We started with some sushi that was delicious. We got the Triple Tuna Roll and the Spicy Scalop. Both prepared wonderfully. For entrees, we got two of their specials; the ribeye and the short ribs. Both were FANTASTIC. Literally one of the best prepared steaks I've ever had. And the short ribs were soooo soft and flavorful. The salad that the short ribs were served over was also insanely good. They definitely don't skimp here. I also want to mention our server. A young, blonde kid who seemed to be doing just about every job in the restaurant. Within the two hours we were there, he was our server, the busser, foodrunner, answering all the phone calls, and also helping prepare sushi. It was impressive that he still had such a good attitude and provided stellar service. It was awesome, but they also need more help.

I was craving sushi so we ordered from stir crazy because it was the closest location to us. We ordered 2 spicy salmon, 2 tekka (tuna) and 1 yellowtail and jalapeño roll. All were yummy and the fish was fresh. I was disappointed in the size because they were very small. In Boston (where we usually live) we can get Maki rolls filled with fresh fish for a fraction of the price. Normally 5 rolls would have filled us up. This was more of a snack and we had to eat again afterwards. Overall, the food was good, but not worth the price ($36).

The restaurant followed safety precautions during covid. Our waitress wore a mask and was good company. The Cambodian dishes such as the red curry were delicious. I loved how the red curry had a kick to it while the pineapple made it just sweet enough. I would go back again!

Oldie but goodie. My wife and I went here on a rainy Sunday afternoon. We forgot how much we really enjoyed the food. We had the vegetarian rolls, green curry tofu and chicken bar bong. We won't wait this long between visits again!

    Appetizer roll combo appetizer

Absolutely incredible! I haven't a meal like this is so long First, our waitress was incredible, great service Egg roll appetizer was tasty Tried two specials: mixed grill and seafood curry. Flavors I never knew even existed. The steak on the mixed grill was so tender. The mai tai tinis were delicious as was the chocolate cake for dessert. With covid precautions, I felt safe, sanitizer everywhere, everyone masked. Will be back!!!

I have come here in the past and I didn't even realize it this time around when staying in Falmouth! But the wooden interior and Cambodian decor brought back some memories... Situated off MacArthur Blvd, it could be easy to miss if you're speeding down but it sits on a large property with plenty of parking. Inside, there's a dining area to the right with the sushi bar, and to the left, the bar and another dining area which looks completely different. Upon entering, there was a sign that said "please wait for the host to be seated" but there was no one in sight. I had to make myself visible by stepping into the bar yet I was still being ignored by the busboy until the bartender noticed me and sat me in the other dining room with other guests. The tables and chairs are weird, they are totally meant for outdoor and the rest of the interior is nothing fancy besides the literal garden over by the bathrooms. The server was excellent, she was very casual yet professional and really took her time explaining some questions on the menu. I remember having the Khemara special last time with the strawberry, stir fried shrimp and scallop, in a bed of spring mix over rice and a peanut sauce dressing. It was unique because of the presentation and I do remember enjoying it but this time around, I went for the Beef Loc Lac $18.95 and a Triple Tuna Maki $19.95 with the Finger Rolls appetizer $7.50 and finished with Fried Ice Cream $5.95. I'll start by saying that the prices are extremely premium, because your normal Southeast Asian restaurant in the city is easier on the wallet. However, the beef Loc Lac was delicious and very tender in the perfectly seasoned sauce. It reminds me of the Peruvian Lomo Saltado stir fry dish. Finger rolls were quite good too and packed with pork. Fried ice cream could have been a little more crunchier but still a delight though I originally wanted Mango Sticky Rice which they ran out of. The biggest disappointment was the Triple Tuna Roll. While still good, I regret that I didn't get the Firecracker which looks jampacked with avocado and toppings from all the pictures. Overall pretty good food, good service, but high prices for what I'm used to paying for Asian food but I get it, this is the Cape.

When you walk in there's a counter with some premade food. About 6 tables to eat in. Private parking lot around the corner of the restaurant. TV played South East Asian music videos. By the time we left 4 other groups came in to dine and 3 or 4 pick up orders. Excellent food here. Hubby got the shrimp pho. Ginormous bowl with a flavorful broth. I got the fried fish with ginger scallion. A bit messy to eat but probably the best fish I ever ate in my life. It was fried whole (almost whole. No head included) and over a salad of lettuce, cucumber, and tomato then slathered with the most delicious ginger scallion sauce ever. In my head I was thinking that this would be an excellent keto meal but the sauce definitely has some sweetness and thickened with cornstarch. We also ordered chicken nime chow. The chicken is not sauced or anything so you would think it would be plain tasting. But what ever they do to it it brings out the flavor of the chicken. The dipping sauce was not super flavorful. Slightly sweet and acidic topped with crushed peanuts. Teapot was served with a very fragrant tea. Had to ask for a refill. All these dishes plus one Vietnamese iced coffee came to just under $50 Will probably come here again.

Fresh ingredients and portion sizes were accurate to pricing. Beef banh mi: exactly how it should be! flaky bread, pate, fresh cilantro, pickled veggies and flavorful meat. This was my fave selection from the order and would order again each time. Banh Xeo shrimp: was soggy by the time it arrived due to heat trapped in the packaging but I crisped it up in the air fryer and it held up well. Came with my selected shrimp filling with bean sprouts and onions; a generous bag of lettuce, cukes and Thai basil. Then some nuoc mam fish sauce, chili paste and peanuts for dipping. Veggies were clean and washed. Nime chow chicken: fresh filling ingredients, sauce with peanuts and good amount of chicken. Viet iced coffee: good portion size medium cup but my complaint it it didn't seem as strong as the regular viet coffee. Also not enough condensed milk. Had to add sugar to mine.

Although the serving staff might be so busy as I only see her alone. Came for the dine out dinner menu so I got an app, entree and dessert. The keing D' ananas (cubed porked in a shrimp and fish broth like curry with pineapple) and beef bourguigon was amazing and hands down one of the best in Boston I have tried so far. The entree for mussels and fried pork spring rolls are great but nothing out of the ordinary. Finally, the desserts we got the chocolate truffle cake and that was rich but very delicious. But I personally like a lighter taste so the poached pear with raspberry sorbet was a nice touch to the end! The Thai ice tea was interesting with some tastes of spices so it's not your usual Thai tea. Will look forward to coming back!

The reviews looked good and I was excited to try their unique menu... well, let's just say we were very disappointed. First of all the prices are very expensive. I know this is Boston, but $17 for a cocktail is ridiculous! Our server was lovely, he was very kind and had a kind spirit. I was excited to try the "Rouleaux" since they remind me of the eggrolls, my mother learned from her Vietnamese mother-in-law. It was very crispy, which unfortunately is the only good thing I can say about it. The flavor was so off. It's almost as if the ingredients in the Rouleaux were loudly competing for my attention simultaneously! It didn't really melt in your mouth either, it just felt heavy. The other appetizer we ordered was called Dumplings croustillants au poet epics. This was actually worse than first appetizer. I like lemongrass, but MAN the lemongrass was so overpowering. I started to wonder... "is this how it's always made"?! I'm not even exaggerating. Overall, the atmosphere was nice - definitely pricey, and the food isn't worth the hype. Till next eats, SJ

Nowadays, there are…read morefewer Cambodian restaurants in the area, so I make it a point to enjoy a delicious meal from here when I can. Every dish from here is a HIT! From the first bite, you can tell that this family owned spot puts their love and soul into every single dish. Their "Mekathang" AKA flat rice noodles are a family favorite. The sauce is savory with a rich consistency that coats every noodle. I usually get the beef and seafood option which comes with tender pieces of beef and juicy pieces of shrimp. The vegetables that come with the dish are always fresh and crisp, especially the baby corn. Their "Bai Sach Mon" AKA crispy chicken & rice is a go to comfort meal too. The chicken comes out fresh and crispy with a delicious sweet chili sauce on the side. Make sure you try their "Bai Cha" AKA fried rice!! It's so comforting and filling. If you're looking to try a more traditional homestyle dish, I recommend the "Cha Kreung" which is a lemongrass paste stir fry. You can choose either beef or chicken, both of which come packed with flavor that make this dish superrr comforting. They make this dish just like my yeay (grandma) does and it takes me back home. If you're looking for quick finger food, their Slap Mon AKA Chicken Wings and their "Kdam Roum" AKA Crab Rangoon Rolls are fresh and crispy every single time. Their "Hot Nu Mon" sauce for their wings is my absolute favorite, it's a spicy, citrusy, and slightly salty sauce that takes the wings to a whole new level. Be warned, this sauce is addicting! Their crab rangoons are packed full, they never skimp out, and they have a slight sweetness that makes them some of the best I ever had in my life. In addition to the food being delicious, their prices are really affordable which I understand must be difficult to maintain in our economy right now. On top of that, the restaurant is run by a family team with a husband and wife duo at the forefront of operations. They also make it a priority to be engaged with the community by giving back and serving food at local events. How could you not want to support? Their service is always amazing and super friendly. If you ever stop by while one of the owners, Peter, is at the register, you can tell right away that he cares for each and every customer that walks through the door. The rest of the staff never hesitate to help walk a customer through the menu if they're unfamiliar with dishes so don't be afraid to ask questions. Space is limited but if you do choose to dine-in, the staff are very attentive and kind as well. I really can't recommend this spot enough! The prices are fair, portions are huge, service is friendly, and the food is delicious!!
