As for the food taste: quite honestly, the egg rolls were the worst I've ever had. They were soggy, not crispy and they were made with hamburger--a fact we confirmed by checking their menu. We've been going to Sweet Rice for a long time for their incredible Asian fusion cuisine but now they bring in a whole new element to titillate the taste buds and pamper the pallet! Then we had egg rolls which were crispy full of cabbage and a bit of beef. Tom loves a spicy meal so he ordered oyster sauce with pork and vegetables spicy and he was very pleased. The vegetables were perfectly cooked and the dish was nicely spicy. I was happy to order eggplant with tofu requesting not spicy at all with garlic sauce and brown rice on the side. The Thai ice tea, which is a vibrant orange, is sweet (like the Pad Thai) and refreshing on a humid summer day. The Pad Thai is filling; they give extra chili sauce. It's comfort food. The Thai iced tea is a deal at $3.95; I loved it, and I'm not even an iced tea fan. They've expanded their menu to add taro and honeydew smoothies. Other than that, my favorites are the Thai Chicken Salad, Nime Chow rolls, and their special sushi rolls (can't remember which ones specifically - they've all been good). If you dine in, the servers are always super friendly and prompt. For drinks, try the Lychee martini.
