The service was friendly and efficient, making the experience even better. It's a great spot to get some work done if needed, and the coffee was excellent with rich, satisfying flavor.

I come here just for the Iced Matcha Latte with oat milk. It is delicious and very strong! I love mine with 3 stevias. I'll eventually try other things. I live a 1/2 mile up the street! I wish they had more Stir parking!

Got a box of assorted pastries, which won a round of applause from Thousand Oaks mums at a boy's birthday pool party. Coffee was pairly good. The vibe at the bar/cafe was trendy. The price turned out to be quite affordable - considering its location at Four Seasons.

We were looking for a coffee shop in the area. Yelp lead us here but we were not aware that the cafe is inside the Four Seasons. There is plenty of parking and we were able to get in and out pretty quick. Friendly service and great coffee!

***Best Chocolate Chip Cookie in the City*** Convenient gourmet coffee shop inside a beautiful hotel in Westlake Village! Food: Pastries, Fresh Gelato, Baked Goods and the Chocolate Chip Cookies are the stand out! Best in the City! Drinks: Coffee from Stumptown Coffee Roasters, Juices and Tea's Service: Located inside the Four Seasons and the service is excellent. Decor: Modern Chic and it's a small little space inside the Four Seasons Lobby with limited seating. Ownership: The Dole Man! Parking: Designated parking for STIR right in-front main entrance and long term paid parking in a parking structure. They do validate. Tips: One hidden gem after another at this Four Seasons! Coin and Candor is anothther spot that cannot be overlooked!

4 stars because it is more of a grab and go coffee place. I wouldn't recommend as a place for you to get some work done on your laptop or reading. The music is louder than the average coffee shop and since it is located in the Four Seasons lobby across from the check in desk, there's a lot of foot traffic and loud conversations. I had to have my AirPods on full blast and noise cancellation to burry the noises around me. There's little seating and tables available. The seats and couch are in my opinion too low to work comfortably on your laptop. LIKES: The barista is super nice and works quickly so 5 stars to the staff. I got a simple black coffee and it tasted like quality coffee.

What a legit coffeeshop at the Four Seasons! I wish that they are all over! Personable service (who look you in the eye and carry authentic conversation) and one of the best iced mochas I have ever had in my life - all in this little gem of a place! I am so glad that they are around! I first checked out this place around 2015 when I used to work across the street. All I can say is wow! They are on fire! Truly!

The space itself is chic and impossibly cute, a mini cafe that feels like a hidden boutique find, quaint in all the right ways. The croissants are the genuine article: buttery, flaky layers with that perfect golden exterior that only comes from someone who truly knows what they're doing. Every pastry here is crafted with care and it shows in every bite. And the mocha coffee? That alone is worth the trip. Rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced, it pairs beautifully with anything in the pastry case. The staff are warm and genuinely welcoming, making the whole experience feel personal rather than transactional. One thing to keep in mind: this is not a drive-through. It's a small owner-operated cafe where everything is made with intention. Come with time to spare, settle in, and let the experience unfold. You're paying for authentic French technique that honors the tradition. La Princière is a Thousand Oaks treasure worth every unhurried minute.

I ordered the avocado toast that came with a couple of poached eggs and the side I got was a cup of barley soup, my wife ordered the french toast with a side of bacon . The quality of the food was excellent in both cases, tasted good although I felt my food was on the colder side for sure when we finally got it and it was very plain; food took a while considering they weren't that busy. The service was good but not excellent, our waiter came back to check on us once when I thought maybe I caught his eye . I think there's definitely some room for improvement but it won't hold me from coming back... Accidentally held one cupcake sideways just as I opened the door home, so the frosting got smushed but obviously didn't affect the flavor. I think this review will be heavily biased by user error thus the 5 stars though my feelings are more on 3 stars. Since we were all busy, we'd have to eat them around 10+ hours after buying and to make sure nobody accidentally ate them before my birthday; we stored them in the fridge instead of room temp which clearly did something to the frosting and cakes. Family's average favorites in order are red velvet, the confetti, cookies and cream, smores, and strawberry. The red velvet is pretty good, it's pretty rich and moist compared to the other cupcakes and the cream cheese frosting is so nice. S'mores has a strong dark cocoa flavor but also was dense and a little dry. Strawberry and confetti had nice fluffy frosting but due to the fridge mistake, it was kinda like eating chilled whipped butter. I strangely really enjoyed that. Confetti also felt and tasted like corn bread; I wasn't there to choose or see the flavors, but it was a fascinating surprise when I kept chewing and felt grit between my teeth. I didn't expect the birthday cupcake to taste like a southern take on fairy bread? But it isn't bad! Overall, I feel like they're a nice place for a little treat--the red velvet is definitely their signature for a reason. But for ~$7-10 a cupcake the flavors we chose seem to lack a reason to come back :( Unless you have dietary restrictions! I didn't try them but they have keto, vegan, and gluten free options; I know how hard it is to find a bakery that honors all 3. I also got my cupcake in one of those adorable birthday boxes (bearer of the unfortunate frosting carnage so no photo) but the butterfly is so cute! They're definitely worth a visit once, the bread puddings looked fun too, but unfortunately it seems the cupcakes are just not my cup of tea.

I also grabbed a single serving of the blueberry cheesecake, which was light, airy, and still decadently satisfying--definitely worth every spoonful. The rum babas were a standout: bite-sized, soaked in Jamaican rum, filled with Chantilly cream, and topped with a raspberry. So flavorful and unique--each bite was indulgent without being too heavy. And then there was the Velina cake... oh my goodness. A beautiful sponge layered with chocolate mousse and hazelnut mousse, all covered in a glossy dark chocolate glaze. It was so rich and decadent that I had to slow myself down just to fully enjoy every bite. Everything tasted fresh, thoughtfully made, and worth the drive. I'd absolutely come back again.

The transaction went well. When we got home, we ate the goodies. The trilogia was fresh and had great flavor. The red velvet, unfortunately, did not meet expectations. The cake part was dry, and the frosting was dense and had little flavor. Maybe I just ended up getting an older one, but at $8.25, I had expected a much better item. The service was great, but as a red velvet lover, the flavor was not as expected. I would potentially try again but would sample some other treats.
