Conveniently located at the four seasons lobby. I adore this coffee shop and their amazing service. Grab your coffee and enjoy the beautiful view outside at this stunning property.

The service was friendly and efficient, making the experience even better. It's a great spot to get some work done if needed, and the coffee was excellent with rich, satisfying flavor.

I come here just for the Iced Matcha Latte with oat milk. It is delicious and very strong! I love mine with 3 stevias. I'll eventually try other things. I live a 1/2 mile up the street! I wish they had more Stir parking!

Got a box of assorted pastries, which won a round of applause from Thousand Oaks mums at a boy's birthday pool party. Coffee was pairly good. The vibe at the bar/cafe was trendy. The price turned out to be quite affordable - considering its location at Four Seasons.

We were looking for a coffee shop in the area. Yelp lead us here but we were not aware that the cafe is inside the Four Seasons. There is plenty of parking and we were able to get in and out pretty quick. Friendly service and great coffee!

***Best Chocolate Chip Cookie in the City*** Convenient gourmet coffee shop inside a beautiful hotel in Westlake Village! Food: Pastries, Fresh Gelato, Baked Goods and the Chocolate Chip Cookies are the stand out! Best in the City! Drinks: Coffee from Stumptown Coffee Roasters, Juices and Tea's Service: Located inside the Four Seasons and the service is excellent. Decor: Modern Chic and it's a small little space inside the Four Seasons Lobby with limited seating. Ownership: The Dole Man! Parking: Designated parking for STIR right in-front main entrance and long term paid parking in a parking structure. They do validate. Tips: One hidden gem after another at this Four Seasons! Coin and Candor is anothther spot that cannot be overlooked!

4 stars because it is more of a grab and go coffee place. I wouldn't recommend as a place for you to get some work done on your laptop or reading. The music is louder than the average coffee shop and since it is located in the Four Seasons lobby across from the check in desk, there's a lot of foot traffic and loud conversations. I had to have my AirPods on full blast and noise cancellation to burry the noises around me. There's little seating and tables available. The seats and couch are in my opinion too low to work comfortably on your laptop. LIKES: The barista is super nice and works quickly so 5 stars to the staff. I got a simple black coffee and it tasted like quality coffee.

What a legit coffeeshop at the Four Seasons! I wish that they are all over! Personable service (who look you in the eye and carry authentic conversation) and one of the best iced mochas I have ever had in my life - all in this little gem of a place! I am so glad that they are around! I first checked out this place around 2015 when I used to work across the street. All I can say is wow! They are on fire! Truly!

All the reviews were true, there was a line, and it was worth the wait! There is no inside seating but they do have tables and chairs with umbrellas outside. Upon entering I was awed by the shelves filled with goodies. The shop is small but efficient where you walk down one aisle and then turn to walk up the other aisle effectively going past every option so when you get to the front to pay you know what you want. A kind gentleman assisted me and told me about the ham and cheese with egg croissant which I gladly agreed sounded good and he got that going for me. I also ordered a few treats including bread pudding, apricot Swiss tart, and a jalapeño cheese bread. I also picked up some other prepackaged items that looked good. When my sandwich was ready I headed out and decided to gobble down the sandwich before driving back to my city. My sandwich was so delicious, fresh, hot, flaky, and savory! It was amazing with every bite. The cheese was perfectly melty with cheese pulls and all! I am rarely in the Calabassas area but you can bet I'll be back next time to try some of their quiches and other treats!

The space itself is chic and impossibly cute, a mini cafe that feels like a hidden boutique find, quaint in all the right ways. The croissants are the genuine article: buttery, flaky layers with that perfect golden exterior that only comes from someone who truly knows what they're doing. Every pastry here is crafted with care and it shows in every bite. And the mocha coffee? That alone is worth the trip. Rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced, it pairs beautifully with anything in the pastry case. The staff are warm and genuinely welcoming, making the whole experience feel personal rather than transactional. One thing to keep in mind: this is not a drive-through. It's a small owner-operated cafe where everything is made with intention. Come with time to spare, settle in, and let the experience unfold. The service was great as well, they were friendly and welcoming and answered all my questions. suggested I definitely I ended up picking up a chocolate and hazelnut cake with an incredibly soft, spongy interior that was perfectly balanced and rich without being overwhelming. I also grabbed a single serving of the blueberry cheesecake, which was light, airy, and still decadently satisfying--definitely worth every spoonful. The rum babas were a standout: bite-sized, soaked in Jamaican rum, filled with Chantilly cream, and topped with a raspberry. So flavorful and unique--each bite was indulgent without being too heavy. And then there was the Velina cake... oh my goodness. A beautiful sponge layered with chocolate mousse and hazelnut mousse, all covered in a glossy dark chocolate glaze. It was so rich and decadent that I had to slow myself down just to fully enjoy every bite. Everything tasted fresh, thoughtfully made, and worth the drive. I'd absolutely come back again.

The transaction went well. When we got home, we ate the goodies. The trilogia was fresh and had great flavor. The red velvet, unfortunately, did not meet expectations. The cake part was dry, and the frosting was dense and had little flavor. Maybe I just ended up getting an older one, but at $8.25, I had expected a much better item.
