Peach/Lychee Tea with Lychee popping boba is delicious. This is my new go to spot. The shop is clean, the staff are always so friendly and I had the pleasure of meeting the owner last time I was in, she's so kind!

Absolutely Outstanding Hidden Gem! I came in craving mini…read morehot pot after not feeling my best, and The Pan Kitchen completely delivered. The Japanese Sukiyaki base was perfectly mild and flavorful -- exactly what I needed. Paired with tender chicken and fresh veggies, it hit the spot without being heavy. Everything tasted fresh, well-seasoned, and made with care. The restaurant itself is adorable -- bright, floral decor that feels welcoming and clean. Service was super friendly and attentive (shoutout to Alina for the great service! ). Portions are generous for the price, and the quality is top-tier. I also grabbed a simple hot tea that was perfect. This place is a true fusion win: authentic Thai flavors + customizable hot pots + excellent boba. Family-owned vibes shine through in every bite. If you're in the Westlake Village / Thousand Oaks area, do yourself a favor and go. I'll definitely be back soon -- highly recommend! Pro tip: Try the mini hot pot with Sukiyaki or Miso and chicken. You won't regret it.

After I posted this, the store immediately called me and said that it was a mistake and said they…read morewere crediting me the $15 tip that was inadvertently put on my bill and then gave me a credit for my next visit. If this hadn't happened I would've given it a five star because the food was outstanding and what I like best about the food was I said I wanted it hot and it came spicy! Most restaurants are afraid to spice it up they were not and I certainly appreciated that . I placed a takeout order which went through smoothly got to the restaurant picked up the order and noticed that the bill was $15.43 more than it should be. They tacked on a tip. I was never advised to that on the online service I did not click on anything regarding a tip. I brought this to the attention of the servers at the restaurant and they said they didn't have any idea who would've done that they did not offer to refund the $15 and I will not return. It is an outright robbery.

I work nearby and was so happy when I saw that a boba time was coming soon! I love boba/milk tea…read moremore than coffee and since there's not many (or any) boba spots within 10 minutes to this place, I was going to be in for a treat. My coworkers and I were even keeping a track of when it would finally open and once it opened.... We've probably came once a week or more. To be more precise, I have like 30-35 card transactions at this location in 2025 alone and they didn't even open until April or May... that should show how much I love this place and how consistent they are (check the photos for proof) My go-to is the Hokkaido milk tea with boba but I've tried so many more other flavors as well and all are good. There's one large table inside and a few tables outside if you wanna chill for a bit while sipping on some boba. Huge parking lot outside as well and it's free parking!

Came here on a Sunday afternoon with no line and no other customers in the store. It took a bit of…read moretime to get our drinks since there was only one worker, but the wait wasn't too long. I got the thai tea with boba (50% sweet), and my boyfriend got the coconut strawberry shake with boba. The thai tea was clearly brewed fresh (you could tell by the color of my drink!) instead of using a thai tea powder instead. The coconut strawberry shake was super refreshing, especially on a hot day, and they use real strawberries instead of a premade syrup. The boba was a bit too chewy for my liking. But I like that it didn't add any extra sweetness since other places will soak their boba in syrup or honey, which can make the drink sweeter than expected. There's plenty of parking available in the plaza. Overall, we enjoyed our drinks and will be back!
