MAN VS. FOOD - 22 OUNCE RIBEYE - MAN WON! When I think of celebrating my birthday meal, the first thing that comes to mind is a nicely marbled Ribeye...juicy, tender, buttery, and oh, so delicious! So when Kimberley K. recommended Stirrups and I reviewed the menu I was all in! The restaurant itself is located on the ground floor of the World Equestrian Hotel in Ocala, Florida. Now for those Yelpers reading this review from around the globe, Ocala is approximately a one hour thirty minute drive north from my home base of Orlando. No worries though, for a great meal, time and distance is no object. Upon entering the hotel and the restaurant, service was outstanding. From the doorman, to the front desk, to Margaret from Security (BIG THANKS FOR TAKING OUR PRE-MEAL PHOTOS), to our servers, I have only the highest of regards. And this brings us to our meal... River and Milagros did double duty as our servers and were a delight throughout the evening. The Bread Service to begin the meal was stellar. Three different bread options, including a Sweet Potato Roll (LUSCIOUS!)...and the Whipped Honey Butter (OH, YEAH!) For my entree, I chose the 22 oz. Bone-In Ribeye and Kimberley opted for the 8 oz. Filet Mignon. Both dishes included Roasted Vegetables but, we also selected the Florida Mushrooms and Charred Broccolini to accompany our meal. Paired with a glass of Prosecco for Kimberley and a glass of Pinot Noir for yours truly and we were set! Everything and I mean everything was tasty. The meat dishes were perfectly grilled to our requested temperatures and the seasoning was on point. The sides were flavorsome and plentiful. AND DID I MENTION THERE WAS NO TAKE HOME BOX FOR MY 22 OUNCE RIBEYE! Yes, it was "one and done"! But the festivities didn't stop there, I was provided a gratis Birthday dessert by the restaurant. A perfect ending to a memorable meal. And speaking of my memory, a tremendous THANK YOU to Kaysie at the host stand...she called me on my cellphone as Kimberley and I were leaving the hotel saying I left my birthday card at our table...Hey, I can blame forgetting my card on getting one year older or the fact I just ate a 22 oz. Had a lovely dinner here with my family. We ordered steaks and sides in addition to some drinks. I love how they bring you a bread board and bite of an appetizer (ours was a roasted corn/Mexican inspired one and it was so good!). I loved the Brussels sprouts and mac n cheese. 3 sides for 4 people was plenty and we even had some left to take home with us. I wanted to try appetizers and some of the starters, but I was afraid I'd have no room left for my dinner. They brought complimentary sparkling wine/lemonade for my birthday and a dessert. I did order another dessert though bc the birthday dessert had pistachios, which I can't eat unfortunately. My dad ate it and loved it though! I got the MS mud pie and it was divine. Getting a reservation at Stirrups is honestly an accomplishment, so when Ronnald M. invited me to join him there on his birthday, I said yes without hesitation. He extended such a generous invitation, and since we've been getting along beautifully, it felt like the perfect opportunity to share a truly special evening together. Stirrups, tucked inside the World Equestrian Hotel in Ocala, already feels like an experience the moment you walk in. The staff were polished, kind, and welcoming from the door to the table, and the setting itself feels refined in the best way. Once we sat down, everything unfolded effortlessly. The bread service alone deserved its own applause. Three different breads, each more delicious than the last, and the whipped honey butter was almost dessert-worthy. I ordered the largest cut of the filet mignon and it was absolutely more than I could eat. Tender, flavorful, beautifully prepared. Ronnald went bold with the twenty two ounce bone-in ribeye, and he finished it without a single bite coming home. If that doesn't say everything, I don't know what does. We shared roasted vegetables, Florida mushrooms, charred broccolini, and sipped our drinks. Prosecco for me, Pinot Noir for him. The kind of meal that feels like it's unfolding in chapters. But what made the night truly unforgettable was the company. Great food is wonderful, but great company transforms an evening. We laughed, talked, and enjoyed every moment, and it meant the world to me that he included me on his special day. The restaurant even surprised him with a birthday dessert, and as we were leaving, the host stand called to let him know he'd left his birthday card on the table. We decided the ribeye must have been the culprit. It was one of those rare nights that felt elevated, intimate, and memorable from start to finish. I am genuinely grateful to Ronnald for inviting me. It was a beautiful celebration, and I wouldn't have wanted to spend the evening anywhere else. read more

Great restaurant. Beautiful interior. Spacious. Pretty good menu! We sat with Cassidy. Service was stellar. Chef sent out an amuse bouche of whipped goat cheese with a slice of peach. Very nice. Could've used a tiny pistachio on top or something to give it a crunch. Bread service was amazing. That whipped honey butter is heavenly. I enjoyed the buttermilk biscuit and the hubs had a piece of all three breads. I was surprised they brought us 6 pieces! We ended up taking the bread home. We started with the deviled eggs. I love a great deviled egg. This one was fairly traditional and separately needed salt. Cassidy was around quick to bring me salt and pepper shakers. I would not recommend the eggs- they're nothing special. For dinner, I wanted the pasta AND a steak. So I got the cacio e Pepe on their homemade pappardelle and added my husbands choice of protein- 3 to 4 scallops. We ordered the NY Stripling med rare which pretty much comes a la carte so we asked for the broccolini as a side. Steak was cooked perfectly. Small grilled onion and zucchini were great but the real kicker was that roasted garlic bulb. Yum!!! The pasta was a hit. I loved it. My husband did not leave any left over!!!! And they gave us 4 large scallops and only charged us for 3. Woohoo! Great deal. I typically do not care for scallops but I did cut one in half just to test the flavor, freshness, preparation etc and I ended up eating the other half as well. Perfectly salted. A nice thin crust/sear and no hint of fishiness at all. Amazing. We almost skipped dessert but I had seen a pic of the bread pudding so I had to have it. Bread pudding is one of my go to desserts. It was great but I was sad that there were a couple chocolate chips hidden inside the dish. I didn't like that. It was vanilla ice cream and caramel on top; the chocolate did not add anything, but rather, detracted. I could also go for whip cream instead of ice cream, but I know that's just my preference. The ice cream was gone before the bread pudding! We had one round of cocktails at the table. I had the steedbury, which was great. My husband had some tequila neat. I did notice a nice wine cellar but we had already been drinking at their lobby bar and did not want to switch to wine. I was impressed that the table flowers were real. Bathrooms are hotel bathrooms, outside the restaurant and down the hall. Spacious, clean. Overall, good food, great service. Some items could use a little tweak but I think most people would be overwhelmed by the quality and variety of the dishes. We dined on a Wednesday night and did not need a reservation but you may want to place one if you are dining on Friday or Saturday night. You have the setting to be a 5 star restaurant. I wonder why you can't capture that flag - perhaps it's the service pool in Ocala? I honestly don't know. Stirrups has lovely touches like the option of lemon, lime or cucumber with your water. The bread service is excellent and has 5 different types of breads for you - all excellent. When we needed extra butter, however, there were no services to be found anywhere. We experienced this at many points during our meal which turned out to be 3 hours only because we were ignored much of the time. That's not to say we did not get stellar service when anyone arrived to our table. Then, it was like we had never been ignored. The Caesar salad is excellent as is the macaroni and cheese side. They had a cabbage truffle side special which was very creative and delicious. The meat pasta is a standout but the $100 truffle pasta not so much. The wine list is extensive and there is a sommelier to assist. We moved on to a Sancerre which was lovely. The gratis macaroon at the end of the meal was excellent. If the service had stayed consistent during the meal, we would have had a 5 star experience. read more

Good but not great meal last night. Great service, attentive and pleasant staff. Kitchen was way behind, and meats were not cooked to temperature. My Rare/Mid rare filet was mid-well, one of my guests said his lamb was cooked perfectly, but was stone cold. Kitchen took so long for entrees that I didn't mention anything as I wouldn't have eaten 20 minutes+ later. Sides were said to be good to share for 4 people, but they were barely enough for 2. Inside of The World Equestrian Center is Stirrups; an elite steakhouse capturing every attention to detail(even down to the silverware). Definitely has a boutique, country club feel when you enter. Fellas in their Polo shirts, and ladies in sun dresses, cardigans, and designer bags. I'm telling you this so you don't show up in cutoffs and sweatshirts with your sunglasses on your head although they would still probably welcome you because of that good ole Southern hospitality! Anyways, both the food and drinks are lovely. My order wasn't so exciting because I was in the mood for breakfast but it sure was yummy. I'm a sucker for skin on home fries, and who could turn down a chance for cheesy grits? The blueberries for their jam is actually grown on the property and perfect on their homemade biscuits. A tip when ordering breakfast; anything that says it comes with toast is actually more than toast. You have an option of toast but also bagel, biscuit, and I think croissant. I'm kicking myself for not remembering our waitstaff's name but he had only been there for about 6 months and was amazing!! I love anything with that "turn back" service feel. I can't say enough about Stirrups! This is about as good as it gets in the Ocala area, or anywhere for that matter. 5-star food; 5-star service; 5-star ambiance. It's rather pricey, but for the occasional celebration dinner or brunch, or to show-off to guests what Ocala has to offer, it's actually a good value. The food is often inexplicably fresh and flavorful. Serving sizes are generous. As far as service goes, if you were to need anything during your meal, all you have to do is think it and it will magically appear! If you want to see a Master Class in running a high-end restaurant, that would be dinner at Stirrups. read more

While staying in the area we scoped out two restaurants - one in town and this gem in the World Equestrian Center. Located in the lobby of the hotel this is a fine dining establishment with a warm and friendly staff. The space is beautiful and offers some outdoor dining weather permitting. The menu is similar to a traditional steakhouse but offers a wider range of dishes. The wine list is expansive, albeit a bit pricey, but if you are staying in the hotel price is not your priority. I loved how the list was compiled and offered both 6oz and 9oz pours BTG. We brought a wine, corkage $40, and got yo meet one of the somms, Selvyn, who did a great job and spent time chatting with us. We were seated by Miranda, whose twin Melanie took our reservation a few days prior. They kicked off a wonderful dinner. Oysters were super fresh and the house sauce was delicious. Crab beignets were light, flavor snd had just the right amount of heat. Paired perfectly with our BTG white wine For entrees we went with the Summer Corn ravioli topped with applewood smoked eggplant - my wife loved it!! I ran with the Beef Tenderloin and we gluttonessly chose the lobster mac & cheese for a side. Excellent! Our server Haley was friendly, efficient and attentive all evening. Even more pricey if you go with a group. Great service. Atmosphere is usually great but this time we were seated outside and someone was pressure washing the adjacent stadium seating the whole time we were there. It wasn't super loud but we all noticed and it was annoying. Food was ok but the chef seemed to put pork in many things I wasn't expecting- the deviled eggs, the crispy broccoli, a rice dish, even an amuse- bouche sent out by the chef. The food was preselected for the table- I don't know if it was stirrups or the people I was with that made those selections- it was not worth $250 a person to me. They sent out four plates of fried chicken (yall don't try to make southern food if you aren't southern- get yourself some white lily flour for those biscuits if you must make biscuits), 2 plates of salmon and 2 plates ny strip loin for 10 people. There was a dessert that I didn't try. The family style dining should have worked in our favor but I was thinking it would be more like $150- $200 per person max (I was told by the group it would be $120 plus drinks- we don't drink but others at the table did ) I will never go here with w a group again- it was too much food, too expensive, too much pork. I don't leave many reviews but $495 (including tip and tax) for two of us in the group -no drinks was crazy. read more

Our server, Laura was courteous, and thoroughly described each dish. Presentation was impeccable, service was relaxed and the food was fantastic. I had the scallops which were each seated on a different sauce, with different umami. Hubby chose Colossal crab Oscar - a very generous portion. We had a truly exceptional meal at The World Equestrian Center in Ocala, Florida at Stirrups Restaurant. The chairs were extremely comfortable and we had a lovely view of the grounds which was even more magical as the sun went down and the Christmas lights came on. The meal started on a high note as we were given complimentary champagne which was smooth and delicious. It was followed by an amuse bouche from the chef which was a sort of jelly-like substance with salt. It wasn't my favorite but it was interesting. Next, we were given complimentary bread featuring buttermilk biscuits, sweet potato rolls and everything bagel loaves with two differing butters. All three were perfection. We ordered a cool crisp Chardonnay to enjoy with dinner. For starters, we opted for shrimp cocktail and deviled eggs. I felt the shrimp was a tiny bit undercooked but my husband really liked it. In a similar vein, I found the eggs a bit overcooked but they were still good. For our entrees, I selected diver scallops, slightly undercooked, but still tasty and my husband had truffle pasta with chicken. He couldn't stop raving about it. He loved this dish. We also ordered asparagus and mac and cheese served family style both of which were wonderful. The asparagus, in particular, was perfectly cooked. Afterwards, we finished with espressos and a glass of port. Overall, it truly was a wonderful experience. Extremely pricey, but the service was exceptional and the surroundings lovely. I've stayed at The Equestrian Hotel twice (once in 2024 and once in 2023), and I've had the pleasure of having dinner at Stirrups three times and breakfast four times. Every meal has been perfect, from the food to the service. I had the beef tenderloin for dinner every time, because it was so good the first time, I couldn't imagine getting anything else. It's perfectly charred on the outside and melt-in-your-mouth tender on the inside. I'm also a big fan of the whiskey peppercorn sauce. I've tried the garlic parmesan fries and cheesy grits as sides and loved both. They also offer a bread service where you can choose from 4-5 different choices. I'm obsessed with the cheese and scallion biscuits - delicious! Breakfast is also fantastic. I've had eggs, bacon, toast, biscuits, and the yogurt parfait in different combinations over my multiple visits. The bacon is something I will be dreaming about for some time - possibly the best I've ever had anywhere. A friend with me this last trip had the croissant sandwich and it was HUGE. All the breads and pastries at this restaurant are fantastic thanks to the French bakery on site. Our service has been great for every meal. I have to shout out River, who served our large business group at dinner twice this past trip. He was fantastic (which is why we asked for him the second night)! Well I wasn't going to do a review here but because the management has ignored me after several attempts to contact them and a dispute to my credit card was started I am. I flew into town to return to the World Equestrian Center to see the lights, this time taking my local family to the restaurant: Stirrups. I was there on Dec 4th as a party of seven. I am from San Diego and wanted to impress the family. Little did I know that I would leave extremely disappointed and robbed of an additional $100. We were seated promptly at 6:30 for dinner at the table closest to the kitchen door. We were initially offered drinks and served water. After the drinks were served, we ordered dinner and enjoyed the views of the area and the lights around us. That was it, though, 30 minutes passed, and our drinks were empty. I was confused and a little upset, but didn't want to upset the table, so I got up and tracked down my server's (Ashley C) assistant and asked for refills. She did that and left, and an hour later, I am now fairly upset and embarrassed. I went to the kitchen door and asked the manager what was up with our dinners. He came out and, without apologizing, stated it's a new menu. A couple of minutes later, our dinner was there. The food was good, but the service was almost non-existent. Not true for all the tables around us, though. When the check arrived, I was trying to hold back my dissatisfaction but wanted to make a point, so I wrote on my credit card receipt that "the service was bad and put a -100 as they had already added 20% to my 800.00 dinner bill. To my surprise, a couple of days later, I found that Ashley C had changed my -100 to a +100. I guess I should have written Minus. I have called several times. I wrote another review (which is why I am writing this one) to get a response from the owner who had told me to contact Rafeal (food Bev mgr). I have written him four e-mails and left six phone messages, and have gotten no response. Safe to say the service was horrible, but the food was good. A couple of days later, I took the family to The Garlic in New Smyrna. The steak was better, and the service was extraordinary. The cost was less but comparable. Save you money and go somewhere else to eat, but enjoy the festive lights ot the equestrian center. read more

I'm surprised I haven't posted a reviewed yet. The problem is that I leave so full that by the time I recover it's the next day. I can't stop eating everything that I order. Also, as I never order dessert, I do here. So I'm even more full than I should be. The service is excellent. They have lots of staff. Plenty of people inviting you in at the hostess stand. Plenty of staff settling you in at the table. They are always working as a team bringing food out, clearing plates, and all the other needful things. The plating is always impeccable. Thoughtful and Beautiful. The food is excellent. I absolutely love almost everything on the menu. Next time I might just order all the apps and sides and be good. Great meal this time again and I appreciate all the "Happy Fathers Day" wishes. Nice touch. If you are lucky you will get a smoked old fashioned taken by your table. Smells amazing. We had a party of six for dinner at Stirrups. This was our first visit in over two years, and I was really looking forward to it. I have enjoyed the menu and the wine list from past visits. As we entered the dining room, I immediately made an observation. I live in The Villages and often joke that my top five local restaurants list only has two entries, and they only get on the list because they have linen tablecloths. My observation was surprise that Stirrups doesn't have tablecloths anymore either. I had reviewed the wine list beforehand and had narrowed my choices down to two different bottles of white and red. The reds were a Don Melchor cabernet sauvignon from Concha y Toro of chile with a long story behind it, and The Prisoner Red Blend. The whites were a white Chateauneuf du Pape from Le Nerthe and the Domaine Huet Vouvray Sec from the Loire Valley. Having just had a very nice dinner at a restaurant in Bluffton, SC (they had tablecloths) where I made the mistake of ordering the wine before hearing the specials, I held off on ordering just yet. Examining the menu, I noticed that the number of selections seemed much smaller. There were only two fish items: scallops and the fish of the day. It was interesting that the fish of the day, unnamed of course, was already priced and indicated how it would be prepared. Oddly due to the small number of menu selections, there were no special entrees. I opted for the larger filet mignon, she crab soup, and a mushroom side. Then I ordered the Don Melchor and a glass of the Schloss Trocken riesling. We owned a home in Charleston, SC for almost 20 years and I have had my share of she crab soup. This soup contained a goodly portion of old bay, which I would not consider a core ingredient. But I did think the soup was delicious and included a generous portion of crab - delivered to the table in a bowl with the soup then added. The filet was cooked as requested, the mushrooms looked like honey ring mushrooms and were a bit salty. Others ordered a sirloin, crab cakes, cobia (the fish of the day), and scallops. I heard no complaints. I enjoyed the food and would look forward to returning. The Don Melchor was terrific. We tried to visit the winery during a cruise but could not get back to the ship in time. So I had a driver take us to the "Costco of Chile" where they had it for sale, but it was more expensive than back home, so I didn't buy it. This was my first taste. It seems like it is made for immediate drinking, the tannins were gone. I am not sure you can age it, but it was great tonight. Our waitress was attentive, but her support staff somewhat less so. It took a long time to be served, and only a handful of tables were occupied for our mid-week visit. Back to the support staff, I might have been harsh. He was very attentive to keeping water glasses filled, but we did not get our bread until we were eating dinner, and didn't get the butter until we were almost finished. All told, it was a nice evening - a little pricey. Also, there was a 20% service charge, possibly due to our party size, but I saw no reference to it on the website, the Open Table reservation, or the menu. I'm not even sure where to begin. What a dining experience! I took my lovely bride to The Equestrian Hotel to celebrate a variety of things and we, of course, had to have dinner at Stirrups. We were treated to just phenomenal service the entire time we were there. While we had one main server, there were no less that five different people at our table throughout the meal either bringing food, clearing dishes, bringing dessert, bringing coffee, etc. And with all those people at the table, we had a lovely dinner and no one hovered. But when we needed something or were ready to have dessert or coffee, they were just there! The meal: a glass of Riesling, a couple of Stellas, an onion soup, a Caesar salad, North Atlantic salmon, a huge ribeye steak, green beans with pecan smoked bacon and onions. And everything was perfectly delicious! The steak was cooked to perfection, those green beans with onion and bacon were amazing. Finally, dessert. My wife selected the bread pudding and I had the pecan pie. Paired with coffee, it was the perfect way to finish our meal. It was not a cheap meal by any standards, but it was definitely a fantastic dining experience and worth every dollar. Highly recommend. read more

Stirrups is a fine dining restaurant located in the Equestrian Hotel. Reservations are recommended. This is a white table cloth experience and it's priced accordingly. The food is beautiful and I love their truffle pasta. As a vegetarian, I have not ordered a steak here before, but some of my guests have had trouble with the consistency of the temperature. I would say a typical dinner where 5 steaks are ordered- 4 come out correct and one has to be sent back. They don't hesitate to fix the problem and the staff is kind and apologetic; however this shouldn't happen as frequently it has in my experience at a restaurant of this caliber. I will rave about my favorite server, Jersey, she is always upbeat and a fabulous time. The sommeliers here are knowledgeable and helpful. The lemon dessert is not to be missed! read more

We dined here celebrating my parents 60th Wedding Anniversary! Our server was amazing! We had crab cakes appetizer, truffle fries, deviled eggs and the array of bread to start. I ordered the shrimp n grits and they have the grits in a lobster broth, it's delicious. We also ordered the winter squash pasta and it was it excellent. My parents ordered the scallops with a butter garlic sauce and thought they were pretty good. The wine selection is amazing. I had the red sangria and I've had better. I wanted this restaurant to be 5 stars. I picked the location because I heard it was beautiful and it is a beautiful restaurant but the food was terrible out of the four dishes we ordered only one was good. I'll start with the appetizers we had the bone marrow and cream of onion soup. The bone marrow was not properly roasted, so it was still bloody. They put it on a plank instead of a dish and the grease from the bone marrow spilled onto the table and onto my husband's lap. The cream of onion soup, I don't even know, first it was cold, second the little dumplings that were supposed to be with the soup were hard as a rock. This is the first time I've ever sent soup back because I just did not like it, it just had a weird taste. It was my husband's birthday so I knew he was going to order the lamb chops and I ordered the short rib. Absolutely no complain about the lamb chops. He said they were delicious and we ordered mashed potatoes which were really really good. Our server told us that the short ribs were so tender, it falls off the bone. Well, of course it falls off the bone because it's a chunk of meat you placed on a bone! The meat was terrible. It was chewy rubbery it was just really bad. I ended up eating just the mashed potatoes and the gravy from the short ribs which was pretty good. Since it was my husband's birthday, they did bring him a complementary dessert, but never offered me dessert and I was willing to pay for one, but they just never offered it. Our meal wasn't cheap and I don't mind paying for a good food, coming from up north, we are accustomed to paying high prices for our meals but this meal was just terrible. I left a message at the restaurant later that evening because I needed the name of the servers. Someone called me from the restaurant at 6:30 in the morning, 6:30 in the morning who does that?? Last comment, I forgot to mention the amuse Bouche it was a little cup of lobster gazpacho that was outstanding!! The restaurant responded but never followed up, that says it all. read more

Not sure why I keep going back I think because there's not a whole lot when it comes to high-end restaurants in Ocala. I guess I'm hoping the place will get better. I booked 630 reservations via OpenTable. Our party was traveling quite a distance to come in to have dinner. I got a notification asking me. Why did I miss my reservation at 6:30? I'm thinking to myself did I book the wrong day. no apparently stirrups has 6:30 AM reservations and 6:30 PM reservations and I guess I must've picked a.m. I called the restaurant in a panic explained to them we're 30 minutes from reservation time and I've got a party of six coming in from Jacksonville, Orlando and Ocala. I explained the situation and they told me unfortunately they were not going to be able to accommodate me because the restaurant was sold out. I could not be the first person to book reservations versus p.m. as normally restaurants don't have morning reservations. On the phone they say it happens all the time. I asked to speak to a supervisor to see if they could accommodate me. They were able to sit me on the veranda, which I was grateful for. we arrived we were promptly seated. The veranda was completely empty and there was lots of staff running around. It took them maybe 5 to 7 minutes to greet the table. They asked if we want drinks we said yes. It took them maybe 15 minutes to bring the drinks. We also did not see the waiter for the next 15 minutes. we did however, watch the waiter walk by and not offer us bread twice. The drinks finally arrived. The waiter came over and rattled off the specials. All of us ordered fish, three different types of fish dishes were ordered by six people. We asked for bread. at this point drinks are now gone still no bread. We had to stand up and flag over the waiter, asking for more drinks and bread . Took another 20 minutes to come out. Food came out 10 minutes after that. Still no bread. so finally, I walked inside and hand walked over the bread person to our table during our service. I had a Caesar it was under dressed. My wife had the wedge. We asked for a balsamic glaze. Nobody in the restaurant seem to understand the difference between a balsamic glaze and balsamic. It got so bad nobody could figure it out, and it became a running joke. Regarding the entrées no matter what fish that you ordered it all had the same corn salsa on the bottom of the plate. it didn't matter if you ordered the salmon, the halibut or the snapper they were all identical plates with different fish. Very lackluster in creativity. I felt that the menu was also misleading. I ordered a lobster mac & cheese. The price says mac & cheese 18 lobster 26. I did not realize it was an add. it should say Lobster mac & cheese $44. The $44 mac & cheese was super dry and had no flavor. I said it in a previous review the atmosphere is great. The service is generally pretty good although this time everything just took so long and I would understand if it was a full restaurant, but it was not. Maybe the service was just bad because we were on the veranda. My issue with this restaurant over and over in the different reviews is the quality of its food. They have the ability to hire the world's best chefs. Dinner for six was $800. And the food just leaves wanting. The truth is I've been hoping that this restaurant is going to improve as far as its food quality. In truth it's now been over four years since the restaurant has opened. I have not seen a significant improvement eating at the restaurant eight times over the last four years. The service is good, the wait staff knowledge is good, the restaurant atmosphere is good.
