Inside Gooey Buttercake Dessert Toasted Ravioli, $3.50 prior to tax
    Vic C.

STL Toasted is inside City Foundry Food Hall. Looking for what to eat and try, I decided to try STL Toasted since toasted ravioli is such a culinary icon in this city. Toasted ravioli are breaded breaded and fried that may bey filled with ground beef, topped with parmesan cheese, and served with marinara for dipping. When I approached the counter, the employee was very friendly in telling me a bit about the toasted ravioli that they offer and he told me that this is much different from the ravioli I have ever had, since I told him I was not from here. I ended up purchasing: Jalapeno Popper Toasted Ravioli and Original Beef Toasted Ravioli, $18 prior to tax- Each flavor came with 4 ravioli each and came with a dipping sauce. The jalapeno poppers were delicious with cheese inside and wasn't too spicy (I'm not much of a spicy eater). The original beef was good and perfectly flavorful. Both of these 2 raviolis were nice and toasted, crispy and hot. Gooey Buttercake Dessert Toasted Ravioli, $3.50 prior to tax- I thought this would be nice to try, especially since this is a sweet toasted ravioli. This was only one order of ravioli, bit it was a little bigger than the meat filled ones we got. Inside was pretty sweet but was a nice size for a small sweet something at the end of our small meal. ------------------------------ (Total= $24.34 after tax) When looking on Yelp for places for toasted ravioli, STL Toasted was one of the top places that came up. This place was also highly rated, which I can see why and would definitely make sure to come back here the next time I visit St. Louis.

Wow what incredible, delicious, fluffy pillows of amazingness! Being a true hearted St. Louisan, stl toasted has a lot of hype to live up to- but they do not disappoint. I decided to go here and another spot in The Foundry for lunch and it was the perfect mixture of savory to add to my sweet smoothie bowl. They have savory flavors like buffalo chicken, three cheese, jalapeño popper, and traditional original beef. They also have dessert ravs like key lime and gooey butter. In the name of tradition, I went with the traditional beef. These are such a good, big size and have the beef cooked perfectly in them. I've never met a t-rav I didn't like, but these truly take it to the next level. There are 4 in an order, and you can pick what sauce you'd like. I will definitely be back to try another kind- thinning buffalo chicken is up next!

This is a fun concept and a fun spin on the famous toasted ravioli in St Louis. This is my second time visiting and I always have a hard time choosing what I want to try. This time, I went with original and buffalo chicken and they were really good. It is a bit pricey for me personally, so one thing I would recommend for the business is to maybe have a sample pack where people can try multiple different types without feeling restricted. Other than that, it's a cool casual vibe and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.

Jalapeño ravioli, forgot to take pics. Soooo good! Highly recommend.

STL is known for toasted ravioli! STL Toasted definitely lives up to its vibes!!! The t-ravs here are amazing! Absolutely one of the best I've ever had in STL! Jalepeno popper and the original beef were my top two favorites! They were sooo delicious and made fresh! Next time I visit STL, I will definitely have to go get my t-ravs fix!

When in STL, you have to get some toasted ravioli! Ventured to City Foundry Food Hall and tried STL Toasted's Buffalo Chicken ravioli. Cooked fresh when ordered and plated in a cheese topped paper boat with a blue cheese/hot sauce dip. They were tasty but nothing to write home about- Buffalo chicken dip in a crispy pasta shell. Price was kind of steep for what you get- $10+tax and tip for 4 ravioli- I'd stick with the original if you want the staple toasted ravioli they are known for.

Dessert T Rav, can't remember which one

I saw photos on Yelp of this place so I decided to give it a try. They have a unique spin on toasted ravioli which I thought was pretty cool. So I decided to try one of the dessert raviolis, I can't remember which one, but it was pretty good.

    Alena H.

I thought these travs were just ok! The best part about them was the amount of parm they gave me. Otherwise I thought the cheese travs tasted a little odd. I also tried the jalapeño popper travs which were good and pretty spicy.

Yummy, we ordered the three cheese ravioli and the buffalo chicken ravioli. Quick service and was delicious. Was on the pricier side for fried ravioli with 6 pieces being $13 dollars.

2 Key Lime Cheesecake & 1 Lemon Berry Gooey Buttercake toasted ravs
    Wanda H.

Surprising that the Key Lime ravs were better (IMO) than the Gooey Buttercake ones, but they were both delicious. It's just that the Key Lime flavor came through stronger for me. Service was fast and the ambiance in the Foundry is ALWAYS awesome. Not cheap, but worth it. A lovely addition to the dessert options!

Food: 5 Stars Service: 5 Stars These pillows of goodness are beautifully toasted on the outside and STUFFED with delicious fillings like beef, buffalo chicken, and spinach artichokes and served with delicious sauces. I ordered their Special of the Day, Mushroom Pot Pie, which was outstanding! Super savory, a little salty, and paired with a beautiful cream sauce. Highly recommend that you try a little of each with a group of family and friends!

Man this place just keeps getting better and better. Friendly faces at the counter get your order taken quickly. They came out with a popper trav and let me tell you it's one of the best things I have ate.

    3 Cheese Ravioli with marinara
    Mandie B.

I was so happy to try the 3-cheese toasted ravioli the other day! Ordering was simple and the people behind the counter were all super helpful and friendly. I could have ordered a few other types of ravioli, but I just wanted the cheesy ones! Next time, I'll be ordering the mushroom ravioli and I'll have to get some dessert ones too! The ravioli's were all hot and delicious. The marinara dipping sauce was so good and just the right amount for the 4 Ravi's I ordered. I'll be back soon.

Seeing as St Louis is the city that invented the toasted ravioli, it was only right that I ate at STL Toasted!! I came across City Foundry food hall when searching up another restaurant that is a vendor there, + I'm so glad I did because when I saw this restaurant, my eyes lit up!! I just knew it was going to be delicious from the pictures + flavors I saw on the menu online. The first night I came to City Foundry I didn't make it in time to try :( but I had to come back before I left town. I'm so glad I didn't just say "oh, I'll get it next time". My mom + I decided to split an order of 8 ($18, so not the cheapest for what could be considered an appetizer, but so delicious) + we ordered half Italian Beef, half Buffalo Chicken. The Italian Beef with the marinara sauce was good, but that Buffalo Chicken with ranch really stole the show! I could not believe how good it was!! I honestly was upset that I had to share them LOL Breaded + toasted to perfection while fully stuffed with the meaty/cheesy mixture + topped with what I'm guessing was parmesan cheese... OMG! I want these right now!! I'm going to think about these often + can't wait to go back + try some of the other flavors. Kinda sad we missed out on the dessert flavors, but like I said, I WILL be back!! 20/10 recommend trying the toasted ravioli here (ESPECIALLY the buffalo chicken!).

I'm disappointed that it took me so long to make my way here. They won me over with the tiny dedicated parking lot. At my big age, difficult parking situations are a turn off and I will go home if I can't get reasonable parking. I was able to snag a space in the lot and headed in. The space is a bit dark with rich sage, brass, and terracotta. There are several hanging plants making it an inviting place. The bar has plenty of comfortable seating and cozy tables if you decide to bring some friends. Caleb was our server during our visit. He was an absolute delight. He made excellent cocktail suggestions. He looked after our group without being overly doting. Just a gem of a human. We tried approximately 9 cocktails during our visit. Did I mention we were at brunch! I highly recommend the peach bite and the Side Car. Every cocktail is thoughtfully made and well executed. They offer a small brunch menu along with the regular menu. I usually always get chilaquiles when they are available. But today the ruby trout and grits sounded perfect. This dish was amazing!! The trout was thin with crispy skin. The grits were creamy and delicious. The dish is topped with a house made radish pico and salsa macha. We also ordered a breakfast sandwich that was paired with the crispiest breakfast potatoes I've ever had. The burger and fries are also a good option. The seasoning on the fries is next level. The brunch menu has a sticky toffee roll that is a perfect size for sharing or not. Salty sweet fork tender cinnamon roll. Lastly, the deviled eggs were a group favorite. I am a big fan of Passenger Chili Crisp. If you are unfamiliar please look them up! It's hands down the best chili crisp I've ever had. It's locally made here in STL and can also be found in several dishes at restaurants around town. The eggs were creamy with the right amount of tang from the mustard. The chili crisp made these deviled eggs easily top five best I've ever had! Planning to stop in again soon for happy hour with more friends

I went with a Double and swapped out the American Cheese for Pepper Jack. For my side, I tried their Salt&Pepper Onion Rings. After ordering, I took my number stick and took a seat at the bar. Once seated, the bartender welcomed me and I ordered a draft beer. I barely had completed my Wordle and my burger basket was being slid in front of me. Before taking my first bite, I admired the crisp edges and actually ran my finger around them. My first bite was heaven. It proved to me that all a good smash burger needs is; ketchup, mustard, onion and pickles. The Onion Rings were made in house and the simple seasoning of Salt & Pepper made them a winner. While dining at the bar, I learned a new trick. If you're going to be sitting at the bar to enjoy your smash burger, you can order it from the bartender. She also didn't know how to make a drink, with that being the case why are you allowed to make any cocktails. If you have a limited cocktail menu but an extensive bar selection you would think their cocktail specials were on point. Nooooo. The BF tried a margarita special and it was awful. I tried a special crafted cocktail that was cool that our waitress asked the guy bartending to specially make because she had no clue about what I was talking about. I hate going to a spot where I make drinks better than the bartenders on hand and that's your job. The BF ordered the the garlic burger and I ordered the Korean wings which NEVER came out because our waitress forgot to order them. So I shared food with the BF.
