    Texas Quesadilla
    Jamal W.

We wanted lunch. I thought about Global Quesadilla Company. I had never been here before, but I wanted to try it. My coworker was ready to eat lunch, too. They have quite a bit of options. I decided to try the Texan minus the bacon. It was huge. I couldn't eat it all. I try the chips a queso, too. The chips weren't the best. The queso was good. There were more than enough chips for the small amount of queso. The guy at the register was accommodating. I could try something else on the menu when I go again.

a sign that says nacho's save lives

Fair warning, if you're going to a place with quesadilla on the marquee you probably should order what they say they are known for. Lesson learned. We rolled in for a quick lunch after shopping nearby. It was 11:30, they were doing brisk take out biz and there were a few folks scattered around the joint-so we thought okay, this must be okay. My lady ordered a Salad, I decided to go with the Mexico Nachos. I love a good Nacho plate and felt like this could be a winner, after all the sign said; Nachos save lives. I wasn't saved. First the positive: Good sodas and the queso was very good too. Now the critique. My nachos were constructed as follows: take chips and scatter them on a cardboard box, toss on some shredded bag lettuce, some finely diced tomatoes and cold steak pieces-only just a few. Put a plastic container of queso in the corner, close it up and serve it. The salad-take some lettuce, a few ingredients like corn, cheese, cold chicken and bacon and toss it into a togo container. Hand to the customer, with one fork, no napkins and call it good. That's it, that's how it came, that's what we were given. Like I said, we probably should have ordered the quesadillas. The other customers seemed to have picked that up and appeared to be enjoying their lunch. Not sure I'd go back but some folks find it worthwhile obviously with the steady carry out biz. We were not greeted warmly, the person taking our order was in fact, rather untalkative, not helpful or present for me to ask for a fork after we placed our order-not sure if they had a family emergency or something but we never saw them at the counter again.

    Cancun! Delicious

Got delivered and it was so good! Huge portions. I got the Cancun with steak and I loved it! I did take off one star cause it could have been a bit crispier.

Great place for Quesadillas. There are a number of varieties to choose from and the portion sizes are huge. I also recommend trying the nachos.

    Come during this time!

Giving it 1 more star because I came in recently with a friend and the quesadilla was better than I have had in the past. I think whoever makes the food now definitely makes it better. I was always slightly disappointed in the past, but kept going based on portion and quick place to eat. I came here with a friend for a quick bite before heading to the movies. He never tried it before so I said okay reluctantly. When our food came out, he took a bite and said it's not bad! I tried mine and was pleasantly surprised. It had more sauce and every ingredient inside seemed well balanced. I would go again but I like to go during 8-10pm because they have quesadillas for $7 which makes it worth eating here.

    Santa Fe

My coworker and I got this for lunch Friday. We decided to get it at the place and bring back to the office. It's a fast passes place and we were eating shortly. My coworker got Santa Fe quesadilla. She loved it. She said it was loaded with delicious stuff to the rim. I got Texas quesadilla with no bacon and I splurged on sour cream. I ate half of it and I am feeling very full. The flavor was definitely there- delicious. We were a bit worried looking at previous reviews, but made a leap of faith and got pleasantly surprised. Also staff was very nice and helpful. This might be our new go to lunch place for some time!

    Huge quesadilla

"Aye chi wa wa!" That's what I said to myself when I saw the size of the quesadilla. I'm talking it was half of a medium size pizza size. Big appetite, want leftovers? This is the place for you! With over twenty choices of quesadillas (also available as a wrap) I was in heaven. It didn't take me long to settle on the Santa Fe it was absolutely delicious! Made with Grilled chicken, fire roasted corn and black beans, bacon, pico de gallo with cheddar and Monterey jack, served in a flour tortilla. Served with salsa and sour cream it was a meal and a half. My wife and I each ordered our own but we could have ordered one and split it and we would have been set. The tortilla was lightly grilled it was perfect. My son ordered the Mexican Chos (nachos) another huge serving which the big boy made short work of. It comes with a mound of tortilla chips, pick de gallo, grilled chicken, taco beef or steak (his was chicken) a mountain of shredded lettuce and five cheese queso it was redonkulous! You can't go wrong here, come hungry leave full and happy.

Quick lunch here and overspent $8 for a wrapped burrito of sorts. Menu stated it had chicken but I only saw 3 or 4 small pieces. Mostly rice and partially melted cheese. The only flavor was when I dipped it into the southwest ranch sauce on the side. Tip to the restaurant staff: ask if it's a wrap or quesadilla. I wanted a quesadilla, got a wrap and couldn't wait for it to be made correctly due to short lunch at work. Also to-go orders should always have napkins included. Oh and chicken wraps or quesadillas that cost $8 should have more than 3-4 pieces of chicken.

The bartender makes a great old fashioned cocktail. It was so smooth. (It wasn't even my drink). They have lots of good wine options too. Meatball appetizer was okay IMO but hubs really liked it. Have to give that bartender a shout out because he was amazing. He did a great job of waiting on a full bar and a very party that came in for happy hour. And he was essentially by himself. No bar back. Sometimes other people did lend a hand but he did the bulk of it. When we sat at our table we also had good service. I again ordered beet salad but then got the gnocchi too. The gnocchi themselves were meh but the sauce was very tasty. The ribeye was very good and cooked just right. Side order of mushrooms were a little disappointing. We finished off with the brownie sundae. Best part of that was the ice cream. I mentioned my husband's birthday when I made the reservation but they didn't acknowledge it at all. In spite of the first person working the front did not even acknowledge me upon walking in up to the front desk to be seated. After a few minutes I was greated by a pleasant person who took my name and seated me. The Morning meditation juice is very refreshing. The Plain pancake (dry over cooked on one side). The BEC (substituted the bacon with turkey sausage). The toast was overcooked, was difficult to bite. The BEC sign out front is what drew me in to want to order. Unfortunately was told that there is a substitution on the aioli and that the sandwich is really no longer available as of 5/25. Yet there is still a sign outside the front door. After eating what I could, I asked for a to-go box and check which took some time to get. Packed up and left by that time the restaurant crowd was almost gone. Not sure if I will go back to this location.

They took over the spot and also it looked like an additional space next door that seemed like an a To Go or order pick up space, connected by a connecting door space. We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon, around 3:00 pm. One table eating in and another waiting. You step to the counter to order, there was one guy explaining the menu and answering the questions we had, and a guy on the register. I connected the dots when reviewing the menu, a food genre with several different options. Steakburgers, Sandwiches, Loaded Potatoes, Salads, All Day Breakfast, Flatbreads, Fried Chicken and Wings, Mexican, Greek, Pasta, and Drinks. This is a lot of options, we are on a Fried Chicken kick so we did the fried chicken, half chicken with a biscuit, and boneless wings tossed in wing sauce. We took the order to go and tried the boneless wings before driving away. I was afraid they were going to have thick, crusty, and dense breading but the breading was thin, crispy, and really good. The sauce was the right amount and not too much. The ranch dressing was ok; I didn't use it after trying it. We had a long trek home after a couple more pit stops so we reheated the regular fried chicken in the air fryer before digging in. It was pretty good. The biscuit was ok, wasn't sure if it was homemade or not. We will definitely stop in again when we are in the area. Staff was friendly and helpful and several tables if you want to dine in.

The pork chop was the perfect entree to accompany these sides. The brussel sprouts were charred and crispy. The balsamic glaze paired nicely with the charred flavor. The pork chop is served in a very generous portion juicy and tender. The citrus sauce paired nicely with the pork. The cheese grits were creamy and delicious. All in all a delightful meal. The portions were generous enough for me to have hearty meal of leftovers the next day. The menu is fairly concise with burgers, pizza, pasta, sandwiches, beer/pork/chicken entrees, and salads. I plan on bringing my friends next time to share this dish.
