Living in Bevo, I've been searching for local spots that feel like home--places I know I'll come back to again and again. Crusoe's absolutely delivered! I'd never really noticed this bar before, since I entered from the back, but I'm so glad I stopped in. The patio is spacious and inviting, the inside is super clean, and there are plenty of tables perfect for groups. TVs are everywhere, there are a few slot machines if you like to gamble, and of course a dartboard--because what neighborhood bar is complete without one? The service was outstanding--friendly, attentive, and quick to get our food out. Everything arrived hot, fresh, and full of flavor. I had the fried chicken and two sides GREAT! The portion sizes were generous, and I truly have no complaints about the food at all. We didn't try the cocktails this time, but everyone at the bar looked happy and well taken care of, and the bartenders were clearly on top of things. Crusoe's feels like the kind of neighborhood spot you can count on: great service, great food, and a welcoming atmosphere. Under cooked salty food and you have to wait an hour to get a server another hour to get you under cooked band, salty chicken.if you want another drink it takes an hour. I have driven past this place a hundred times and never noticed it. Thanks to Yelp, I found it, and went there for lunch. I got the buffalo chicken sandwich with onion straws. My meal was delicious! Let's start out with the good stuff. Service was pleasant, helpful and attentive. My husband ordered the pork steak entree which comes with 2 sides. He got the baked potato and baked beans. The pork steak was very tender and he enjoyed his meal. I ordered the honey bourbon salmon entree with a baked potato and broccoli. The glaze made the salmon and they give you a little extra on the side for dipping. My baked potato was already cut in half and looked brown inside and reheated. I wished later I sent it back to get a nice baked potato like my husband Broccoli was overcooked and mushy. The woman's bathroom had one stall with an out of service sign and the floors of all the stalls had at least a 1/2 inch of standing water. I passed on using. My husband went down memory lane recalling when his band played in this space in the 90s when it was the Amazon. I want to be a Crusoe's fan but always have a bad experience every time I go to one. read more

So glad this place was able to stay open in a new location. Atmosphere is definitely nothing fancy, but that's fine. Food was delicious, reasonably priced, and came out quickly. To be a little place off the hidden path.The food is so good. I used to go to the other locations before it closed down.So this was the first time I had been to this one. I was a huge fan of the original location and was glad that they opened in a new space. The menu remains largely intact from the original, by which I mean that everything on it is great. I am particularly fond of the pork steak, but I've never been disappointed. The staff is all very friendly. Our waitress pulled up a chair to chat for a few minutes while we looked over the menu. The food came out quickly and the bar drinks were a decent pour and not too heavy. If there's a game on, there are TVs in almost every direction. We'll be back soon. read more

I've always been a fan of Crusoe's, so I'm thrilled they're still going strong in the city with their new spot, Crusoe's Legacy. They've nailed the balance with just the right amount of dining space. The food remains solid across the board, from their meatloaf and salmon to burgers. The wings and appetizers are delicious too, and the service is friendly and welcoming. More people need to check out this new location! They still offer the all-you-can-eat chicken and fish on Sundays, which has always been a Sunday favorite. read more

Our family ate here on a Friday night. We ordered pizzas, burgers, and a chicken sandwich. All of the food was delicious!
