We've used medium sized Priority Mail boxes for years because we could depend on the fixed price for shipping the box, regardless of the weight. Sure, the rate goes up nearly every year. You can depend on that, too, but the current fixed rate is $21.95 with delivery in 2 to 3 days (or maybe 3 weeks since they sometimes miss the target). We picked up a few boxes, from the lobby, at the same place the post office staff makes them available. We did the addressing, filled it up and asked a friend to take it to the clerk and pay the $21.95 postage. To our surprise, the cost was $34.25 because we used the wrong medium size priority mail box. Did you know there are 2 slightly different medium size priority mail boxes that you could use? I kid you not. It could cost you an additional $12 to send it if you pick up the wrong one. We've never seen the wrong box before. Make sure the box you select has small red lettering that says "FIXED RATE" for the lower $21.95 rate. If it says "MAILING BOX" instead, you'll probably pay more, like we did ($34.25). I can't say for sure that the postal employees intentionally switched the boxes on us customers but the 2 options definitely look too much alike. We won't get fooled again.

The employees at the printing center were very rude and acted as though I was inconveniencing them, even though the store was empty. I was told that printing 10 sheets of paper would take 3-5 business days, which makes no sense. It's 5 minutes of labor and 20 cents worth of ink, and I brought in Avery labels that I had already purchased. I was informed that I could purchase an expedited time and have them done in 2-3 hours for $2.95, so I did that. The male clerk had me write down my name and email on a business card and informed me that I would be emailed when they were done, and I never was. I returned two days later after not receiving any communication only to find out the labels were done the same day. I requested a refund on the extra fee I paid, and the print counter employee, Fenny, was extremely rude to me. This was overall a very negative experience and I will not be returning to Staples for any printing needs. The labels turned out nice, if they hadn't my rating would be one star.
