The estimator did not pressure me whatsoever and I ended up getting a quote for a furnace and AC unit replacement. The quote was thorough and after researching everything, I determined it was a fair deal. I went ahead with the purchase and they were out a few days later to get the job done. I cannot begin to tell you how incredibly professional and personable everyone was. They did a stellar job replacing everything and I had no idea how big of a difference this upgrade would make. Additionally, the small details didn't go unnoticed. The new vent going outside, the thermostat and even the Rumpca sticker on the ducts were level and neat. Paul from Norblom assessed the situation and came up with a more cost affordable and easier to maintain solution for us to close up the broken pipe in the hard to reach location and run new pipe (up to code) to the side of the house. During his inspection he also found an issue with our dryer vent not being properly hooked up which is not something we would have noticed on our own. Had an existing GE water softener that control board died so I replaced with a Whirlpool. Disposed of the GE, delivered the Whirlpool and was all set to install. Discovered the copper connections from the house into the softener were just enough different to not fit. Contacted Edwards Plumbing and described in detail what two fitting needed to be changed for the install. (FYI, I use to be a contractor, retired now) First appointment opening six days later. Plumber arrived (no name), changed the two copper fittings, hooked up the discharge and overflow line and set clock.
