Had an existing GE water softener that control board died so I replaced with a Whirlpool. Disposed of the GE, delivered the Whirlpool and was all set to install. Discovered the copper connections from the house into the softener were just enough different to not fit. Contacted Edwards Plumbing and described in detail what two fitting needed to be changed for the install. (FYI, I use to be a contractor, retired now) First appointment opening six days later.
