I normally don't write reviews, but I just had to for this time. I messaged this firm through yelp with the issue I'm having with my roommates. Jason replied and told me to schedule an appointment so that we can do a free intro consultation on the phone. (Btw! The assistant scheduled me at 4:40pm and she said Jason had another meeting in FIVE MINUTES!! That's insane even for a free intro call!) So I set a schedule, was informed that Jason would call me at the said time. The assistant who scheduled me said he might call later than the said time because he's busy with courts and meetings. No call at the said time, so I called the firm. Assistant said Jason wasn't available because he's in a meeting, but she said she sent him an email to call me soon. It's been 4 days. No call, no communication whatsoever about apologizing for not showing up at a scheduled time or rescheduling! Just silent. Unprofessional, I'll say. The assistant says consultation fee is $485/hr. I would ask them to give me a free 1-hour consultation before I decide ANYTHING. That's asking a lot for a firm that makes me think they might not always be there for their clients when they need them because they are busy being in courts and meetings. read more
