At 11:30 I called to check and was told that I would receive a call by noon with an update. I never received a call and only reached their voice mail for the remainder of the day. At 10:30 the following day I received a call from the office stating that she had an emergency and had to leave at noon the previous day but that the technician was supposed to have called me. She insured me that I would receive a call from her no later than 1:30 that afternoon with a time or she would give me the technicians number so I could stay in contact with him. She never called me back and I am still sitting here with a broken hot tube.

They are knowledgeable, kind, patient and accommodating. They offer a free service for you to bring in a sample of your hot tub water and they analyze it in the store and tell you exactly what chemicals to add. That was immensely helpful when I was getting the hang of the new hot tub. I highly recommend this business. They stand by their product and provide support to the customer for years.

It was 7 years in and obviously been rooting for years, but it was out of warranty by 2 years even though water was getting in from the outside shell they wouldn't work with me. I talked to people in the hot tub business and they felt that they could have worked with us to get a replacement at a discounted price, but this is not what happened. I purchased a different brand. This family, owned and operated, business is awesome. The guys that came out were friendly and…read moreknowledgable. They wasted no time accurately diagnosing the problem with my hot tub. They provided me with a detailed list of exactly the parts necessary to repair my unit. When the parts came in, I rescheduled an appointment, and the same guys arrived to fix the tub. At that point, they informed me that there was now a problem with a leaking pump motor. Again, they provided me with a detailed invoice. I am currently waiting on the parts to arrive. Thankfully, I was given the opportunity to speak with the owner. A first class gentleman. Turns out that one of the repair men is the owner's son. Obviouly, the companies run by an excellent business man and also father; as his son was a top-notch repairmen. There's a company closer to me (4 miles) that I didn't hire, because they told me a few things that weren't true (a fucking liar) I am much better off with the Hot Tub Outlet. Needless to say, I give them, my business, and recommendation. Do not waste time calling another hot tub company, even though they maybe closer.

I originally called my local hot tub retailer, and after getting screwed around for 3 days, I found John Grussner at Stateside Spas. I told John what I thought the problem was, and he immediately dispatched one of his guys to my house the next day. Sure enough, it was exactly what I thought. Ryan fixed it all up, and John called me and texted me, to make sure that I understood everything, and was OK with the repairs. He also keeps following up and answers all my questions about chemicals, treatment, etc. This guy is like a throwback to when service companies actually performed a service, not just part replacers.
