I explained the details of my idea and vision for a really big project I am exploring options for. We were able to coordinate an in-person visit for him to conduct a visual inspection, complete measurements, and discuss the various steps I need to take to get my project kicked off the ground. He provided a verbal estimate for my project which is an approximation anyway because materials, concrete, and labor may vary depending on several variables. I would say Antonio was professional, prompt, and concise with his assessment. Looks like I need to consult with an engineer and possibly an architect before obtaining approval from the city for a permit. If it all goes well, I may end up working with Antonio. "Hello we no longer work in [my town]" and "he is not available or interested". Their quote technically expired after 30 days, so no issues and wouldn't work with them now anyway, but would have appreciated a more proactive communication and some appreciation for the fact that their service area changed with no notice (and they knew they had an outstanding bid in the area they no no longer serve). For sure they get to take whatever work they want, but my experience was overall not great.
