It's not Jessica and Andy's rules they are just abiding by what they have been told. Then I encountered partially frozen to quite frozen ones. I sent them back and declined to wait for properly prepared ones. I ordered the honey garlic sauce to be put on the wings so they were stickey as I expected. As is done at other places there should have been a dish of water and lemon. Just the small packets of moistened tissues and I used 8 of them! There also should have been a pick of some sort to get the clams out of the shell. There was a totally unneeded knife and fork unless one insists on trying to extract the meat from the wing bones. At the 5 pm time of our visit, the place was not busy so, to my mind, there was no reason for the state of the food. The server was excellent.
