I informed the server that the cook needed to lower the flame and cook the meats slower and lower. I was informed that they have had several complaints along the same line and the cooks don't listen when informed. There is also a staffing issue as were informed that they were lacking several servers. This location is in dire need of overhaul as far as I can tell.

He got very short with us and told us he was sorry they didn't have it anymore, and if we still want all you can eat we should leave and find it elsewhere. That's what we did, we walked out and found better cheaper food and beer elsewhere, just like everybody else should do too.
