Dime moving here I've been coming here quite often and this is the best Vietnamese restaurant in Valdosta! Service is always amazing, scenery is quite and nice, and the food is 10/10. Vermicelli and Pho are my two favorite dishes and they're always so tasteful.

Wanted to try something new and decided to give this a go. Glad I did as it's good to have a nice pho spot in Valdosta, super large portions and fresh off the grill. The CS4. Pho Stir Fry is rich in flavor and so good, the CS4. BBQ pork Udon smells a little funny but is awesome flavor and a great bite. This place is worth a try!

. I wish that i had taken a photo of the egg rolls prior to throwing them away. This may be good for others but not for me. Everything is charred and tastes burned, especially the eggs.

We've gotten to go orders a few times but today we decided to eat in the restaurant. The area is a good size and today (Sunday lunch) was pretty busy. We got the last table available. They have a nice tea bar to the side and lots of to go orders but it was still calm and inviting. We were greeted and brought drinks. We enjoyed the spring (shrimp) rolls for an appetizer. Hubby and our oldest son both got the oxtail Pho. It came out boiling (I mean boiling) hot in a metal/stone bowl. It was delicious. I tried the HUE'S STYLE NOODLE SOUP BÚN BÒ HUÊ it has a unique flavor of shrimp paste, lemongrass & chilli spices flavor. It's come with sliced beef brisket, pork loin, pork paste, ham hock. It was not spicy but a perfect mix of flavors. We will be back!

Sorry meat is gone but if could eat the bone I would delicious meats and soup

Wow wow wow That stone bowl was super hot and the ribs and the other meats delicious. Spring rolls and egg rolls super tasty and fresh. Service is top notch and restaurant is clean and very awesome atmosphere. Will be back for that soups

Look at the pictures. I get calamari every where I can. This "calamari" was much too chewy. Honestly, not sure what it was. My vegetable fried rice was without flavor. I much prefer what you get at a Chinese restaurant. The food was not brought out together but spread out. My granddaughter did not care for her soup. I've been but not coming back.

This is the first Pho restaurant in Valdosta that I know of. My families here but I have for all the time where I live in New York City so when I saw that this would be opening up while I was here I had to try it I was there doing the short grand opening the place was very nice they also have a drink shop for bubble tea and other drinks. This would actually be my second time going to it this time I went with some friends they place the food was pretty good everything was very fresh. I love spicy so that's why I got the bun Bo hue. Very good especially after I added more spicy and some good hoisin to sweeten I really love the sweet and spicy flavor. Our server was very friendly everyone was very kind very attentive and fast. I would definitely suggest going here I've already been two times and I'll definitely go back again anytime I'm in town.

Absolutely love the service and the pho was a delight! The man taking my order was patient and more than willing to help me find the best options for my diet. The ambiance was very calm and light, indoor and outdoor seating. Awesome experience! I'll definitely be stopping by the next time I'm in Valdosta, GA!

We have been there twice now. The first time I had the Pho soup it was absolutely amazing. The second time I had the Udon soup, so so good. My friend Frank is pictured with the Pho soup that has the beef bone in it and the flat noodles and things, so many ingredients as well as the thinly sliced beef brisket. My daughter had the glass noodle stir fry and it was very good as well. This restaurant never disappoints, the servers are always so friendly and the food is so so good.

Outstanding service, they make you feel at home Broth and noodles tastes amazing. I had the P3 (steak and brisket).

Coming from Atlanta, where you see Pho places every corner, I must say that this restaurant makes me feel like I am back in Atlanta. I recommend this place to anyone wanting to try the Vietnamese cuisine. The staff is very friendly, and it seems to be a family establishment. They even give you bottles of water rather than tap water.

This review is based on a recent visit and a couple of visits some time ago. In between those…read morevisits the vision for the conversion of Tallahassee Mall to The Center of Tallahassee has ended mid completion because the person with the vision passed away. The covered concert space across from this restaurant hasn't seen any performances in ages. Dreamland BBQ that abutted the venue has come and gone and Lemongrass has changed owners. What the original owners probably had hoped would be a destination dining spot has become a hidden restaurant down inside the old mall footprint. You have to know it's in there, that you can drive into that center of everything and that there are parking spaces down in there. I suppose they get some business from people going to the nail spa or the cut and shave shop nearby. I think I saw a fitness center there too. Oh yeah, with the demise of the original vision for The Center of Tallahassee, it now has a bunch of State of Florida employees as a captive audience for lunch. The original Lemongrass was Thai and Vietnamese food. With the new owners there is now a separate Indian food menu as well. I remember enjoying the Thai dishes in the past and the Indian dish I chose this time was tasty. I asked for medium spice level and I have to give them credit for actually spicing it. So many seem afraid to actually make a dish spicy. I ordered a Mango Lassi after the spice level started to build in my mouth and on my tongue so I could mitigate the burn a little bit. Milk products never fail me. The service was laconic. The one waiter seemed more interested in what was on his phone. He had trouble understanding my English and I had trouble understanding his English so I was pleased that I got what I ordered. The food came out in good time but I wouldn't count on much attention being paid after you get your food. The restaurant is showing wear and tear. Vinyl baseboards are missing or drooping. Booths are comfortable but worn. In summation, the food is fine but there's not much going on that would get me to come back. Kind of a shame. That whole area down in the center of The Center of Tallahassee had such promise.

Hubby got the Indochinese street noodles and it was packed with veggies and chicken. We definitely will go back.
