He took over an hour to measure everything and sent me the lumber quote he received so that I was fully informed, then we talked labor. He would point out problematic areas (like rotting framing) and would ask me if I wanted to have it replaced rather than just covering it up with the new surface. He did an amazing job that had my mom's tenants and the neighbors complementing the work and I felt the price was very reasonable. Based on that job, I brought him out to take a look at my townhouse to possibly replace the siding and he suggested sanding, priming and painting instead due to the price of replacement. They sanded almost every square inch of it, primed it (in some areas twice) with a peeling paint primer that is like glue to fill in gaps and keep the rest of the old paint from peeling, and then put a double coat over everything. When they finished, I was surprised to find that they had power washed our patio, porch, and front half-height fence and even painted the fence though we never talked about doing any of that work. His guys even found a way to reused some of the removed boards to fix some spots in a way that really hid the repairs. His communication was good and timely. I would definitely use him again.

My expectations were surpassed by the quality of workmanship and dedication each member of there crew's performance. The attention to detail was amazing. From covering my inground pool with plastic sheet to prevent possible cement falling to the bottom, covering the house with plastic sheet to prevent cement splash from hitting my siding to covering the base of my 6 x6 upper deck support beams with tar based post sleeves. Most importantly, I took down two sections of fence so equipment would be able to access my back yard. I went outside to dig a hole for a new fence post that needed replacing. As I began to dig, one of the workers, on his lunch break, came to me and volunteered to dig the hole for me. These are workers that take pride in there job and are happy to be working for this company. There are control joints in place are where it is hoped that the inevitable cracks will happen, unfortunately the cracks in our driveway occurred outside of the control joints. The owner of Salzano's came out to see the cracks and treated them with a product that will hopefully keep them from getting more noticeable. The previous asphalt driveway was probably not even aesthetically pleasing when brand new. The concrete and brick edging from Salzano's is a tremendous improvement still after four years. I just wished the concrete and Mother Nature worked together to have the cracks happen inside the control joints.
