i will admit that I dont have expertise in marble. My wife and I showed up on a sunday to Anaheim alley to window shop and pick up some granite for two bathrooms. Dealt with 'Sam' and truthfully we loved the prices and love the process. Very easy. The granite was installed the next week and there were no complications. it took them 8 hours of back breaking work to demo and install 2 granite countertops with 4 sinks. I would recommend them again. I can't say that they have the best prices, because I didnt really shop around that much in Anaheim, but they were 1/2 price from Home depot. read more

I came to this location because of the reviews, but it was a nightmare. First of they treated me nice in the beginning for obvious reasons and worked on the price that I was comfortable with, yet when it came to the installation everything went down the drain. They gave me an installation date and it never happen, I had to call and they will give me different dates and wouldn't show up . I finally went to the store to speak with the owner face to face and they finally started cutting the granite. I placed the order on 10/28/17 and I needed the granite before Thanksgiving and that didn't happen which I was upset since I was hosting. When they finally went to install the granite the workmanship was awful with lots of glue fillings, every piece had a different miter cut, some cabinets wouldn't even open because some miter cuts were longer than others looking like a step and not even the design that I wanted. As soon as I inspected the work I told them to stop and take it back. They left the granite which was not completed and covering the location of my stove and didn't return until 2 months later. Now it was 3 months after the purchase and the owner was no where to be found. After calling for 2 months he finally agreed to redo my granite, but before that we had several intense phone conversations and only agreed because I showed up to the location without taking no for an answer. In the end almost 4 months later from the date I purchased I get my granite which was the correct layout I wanted yet with some defects, but at this point I just wanted to have my kitchen done. They have a good collection of granite, marvel etc. but the workmanship is awful and the turn around is extremely disappointing. read more

YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!! My husband and I found Stoneware Enterprises while looking for granite for our Kitchen remodel. I have to say that they have the largest selection of Granite and other various stones to choose from on State College Blvd. The staff is extremely helpful and nice. We worked with Mohammad and Nashir and they both were a pleasure to work with. Their granite and stone pricing is comparable to other slab yards we visited. A major plus is that they have their own stone fabricators. Many slab yards you go to won't provide you pricing as the consumer. You have to have your own fabricator lined up and they can obtain the pricing for you. Not at Stoneware Enterprises. You receive your pricing on the spot. Their fabrication process is great. They have their fabricators come to your home, measure and template the location of your granite or stone and you then return to the store to approve the cuts of your granite or stone so that you can have the veining and look that you want. This was my third kitchen remodel and never before was able to approve this process. Since our kitchen remodel, we have used Stoneware Enterprises for granite on a new outdoor kitchen and dining area and guest bathroom remodel. We are now starting a master bathroom remodel and will be returning soon to Stoneware Enterprises to work with them on this project. read more

Stoneware enterprises deserves zero stars. Horrible company to do business with! My story......... I purchased two slabs from Karin and hired them to do a kitchen remodel. What a disaster. I was told the job would take 3 weeks, start to finish. Furthest thing from what happened . The day prior to having my countertops removed I called Karin to re-co firm our timeline . He assured me his guys would be onsite Monday morning to begin work. That didn't happen! I had to call countless times, each time a new story was given. He rushes you off the phone , says GOD BLESS and promptly hangs up. He promises to call me right back..... he NEVER does! When I actually got him on the phone he told me he was giving me a FREE STEAK DINNER for the inconvenience.......... Surprise , surprise ...... that never happened . The small savings he initially offered versus his competitors was no where near worth the nightmare we lived through . Our kitchen was unusable for over two weeks. Lesson learned, never again would I use Stoneware enterprises!!! read more

We went to Stoneware Enterprises in December 2012 and were helped by Sam. Sam was very knowledgeable and helpful. We especially liked the fact that they did not sell only full slabs. We needed 1.5 slabs, and that is what we were able to purchase. There was a particular granite that we were interested in elsewhere (Kozmus), but were advised that the pretty mica sparkles in it would crumble, so we changed our minds. (I also researched and found many people with the same problem with that particular granite, so we were happy that we did not purchase it.) They had the granite ready for installation quickly. We did have an issue with their installers, which was a subcontractor (Marble Dream). Upon bringing the slab into my house, it cracked. Marble Dream tried to fix it, but they did a terrible job at it, and we were very upset. I called Nishar (the owner of Stoneware), who got Marble Dream to come back out and fix the crack. This fix was a much better job and we were able to live with the crack. I asked for some type of refund and Marble Dream agreed to $100 cash back. After months of talking to and texting Cris at Marble Dream and not getting the money ("the check is in the mail," "the post office returned it to us - what's your address again?"), I called Nishar, who sent me a check for the $100. There is still a small divot elsewhere in the granite that could be fixed with some filler, buffing and polish - would probably take 5 minutes to do. Marble Dream was supposed to fix, but still has not. "We are in your area all the time and will stop by. We guarantee our work." (It is now 4 months later.) I would probably buy granite from Stoneware Enterprises again, but I would definitely not do an installation through them. Nobody has fixed the hole, and after numerous phone calls and emails to them, Nishar has not responded regarding that either. read more

Stoneware's quality was the best I'd seen, and the price much more affordable then we experienced in this long process. Everyone was very helpful and worked with us to get exactly what we wanted and what worked best for us. We are currently working with them on backsplash. Within one week of starting the process, we had our countertops in. The workmanship and quality of the granite are excellent, and the price was fair and affordable. My wife & I traveled to at least 15 stores looking for the "perfect" granite for our home. We had a great experience with Nishar. Not pushy, very helpful, and the entire process went smooth. We were only able to buy the last two slabs of Aqua Quartzsite and we got a GREAT price. We found the exact same slab from a competitor (remains nameless) and we had to pay $500.00 more for the third slab. Great Selection. We had a very small project to select and install granite stone facing for our fireplace renovation. After driving up and down State College, we found Stoneware; their selection was by far the best we had seen. They patiently walked us through their main and rear yards to find a partial slab that fit our needs. Once selected, they sold it to us at a very reasonable price. While this was a very small order, they did not treat us like petty customers - instead they gave us great service, good communication and a fantastic installation. we are so disappointed having settled buying here. fair warning: they are really good at selling to you, will not make you leave the store without feeling like you made a really good deal. supposedly they gave us $1k discount. well, as it turns out, after you buy, it's a different schedule for them to come out and measure, and another different schedule for them to install. we had about 2sqft modification to our island, & they charged us $600 more for "labor"-- like really would it even take 30mins for 2 extra ft of "labor" cutting the slab?? mind you, we bought & paid for the whole slab already. then charged for $500 for the edge type we want, that verbally at the store was supposed to be included at the original price we paid for. so pretty much they took back their "discount". both the measurement & installation were delayed multiple times, we spent both Christmas & New Years without a kitchen, & this was after Mohammed promised someone will come out to measure before Christmas & try to install it in between the holidays. because they offered the discount if we paid cash, we can't even cancel our order (cuz after several weeks of calling & promises we'd really rather cancel the entire order). look at my review date, our countertops were just installed. furthermore, the cutting on site (in our driveway) produced quite a bit of nicks, sadly on the front and center of our island where visitors would obviously see, as big & obvious as my thumb (see picture). that, is how they fix it-- the texture & color are still so rough from the rest of the stone. DONT SKIMP ON PAYING CASH, AT LEAST YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY WILL DEAL WITH BAD BUSINESSES IF THEY DONT COME TO THE TERMS. BETTER YET, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME--FIND ANOTHER SUPPLIER. The owner, Mr. Nashi, was very helpful when we were looking for a granite slab for our outdoor kitchen. He had a very good selection of 3 cm slabs which most Granite places do not. We found a very beautiful granite slab at a reasonable price. He sent his crew out to do the templates for our slab and then we return to the store a few days later to let him know how to cut the slab with the templates on it. We needed an additional slab and he was very reasonable with the price when we chose a second slab. A couple of weeks later we scheduled the slab to be installed at our home in Torrance and the crew was very professional and they knew exactly what to do. They ended up sitting the slabs perfectly on our Islands and where there was a seam they made it look seamless. They did excellent work and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. read more

As a Do-It-Yourself-er we spent many months researching, designing, and installing our kitchen cabinets, appliances, etc. We are now overjoyed with the natural stone countertops. Billy and his crew at Stoneware Granite did an excellent job in the fabrication and installation. The pattern of the stone is so well matched at the one seam we have at the peninsula that you don't notice the seam.
