I have been to Stony Point Pancake Factory on several occasions. Each time, we were greeted quickly and seated. The menu has a large variety of items to choose from. I have mainly had a variety of breakfast and salad items. Each time, pleasant experience. The menu also has a great variety of gluten free options from pancakes, waffles, and crepes.

Excellent and friendly service!!! Brought my kids here for the first time and they absolutely loved the Gluten Free Pancakes and Waffles. Best waffle fries I have ever had. Wish they had more Vegan options.

I don't understand how this place has 4 stars. I've visited the pancake factory in Stony Point a hand full of times hoping that it would be better, but it's not. We ordered three appetizers and two entrées. Everything was terrible. The fried calamari was tough and had a very fishy taste. The nachos was a blob of cheese on top. It was not layered. The bread on tuna melt was very greasy, I'm assuming from all the butter. It was not a typical tuna melt. The chicken was very over cooked. There was not one good decent eatable dish served to us at the pancake factory. I do not recommend this place and will never be back

What a gem ! Heading up to do some outlet shopping this was only a short detour. Well worth it. Breakfast/brunch is my FAVORITE meal so this place had a great variety of sweet and savory combos. The food was fresh, portions very generous, and of high quality. I was pleasantly surprised to have oranges and grapefruit that had clearly be cut by hand recently instead of some syrupy canned stuff. The staff is hard working, friendly, diligent, providing great service and quick turnover for this rightfully popular spot. Def worth a visit.

Great option for breakfast! Found this spot on google/Yelp when we were camping nearby and looking for a place to eat in the morning after checking out. Rainbow pancakes are so good! The ice cream is yummy on the top! Great for sharing since the portion was pretty big. For the lox eggs Benedict, I swapped in sweet potato fries and they came out pretty good too! Get some fresh orange juice on the side! Some other items my group ordered that were skippable: Lox bagel, bagel was average but huge portion and so much salmon, more than enough to spread on the bagel and they add more veggies on the side, so much food left over we had to pack some to go. Burger was also average and skippable (fries too). Very friendly and attentive staff, food comes out quick and the waiters keep coming back to check on us to see if everything's ok. Overall prices were good and tip was already included when we got the bill (could be that we're a bigger party). More like 4.5 for the experience and bumping it up to a 5 for the good service. Give it a try if you're looking for a place to eat in the area!

This is the chicken Caesar wrap that I ordered that is not cooked. It is raw and when I told it to Steve, they said it was perfectly fine.

I went to pancake factory with some friends for a nice lunch. I ordered the chicken Caesar wrap and the chicken was robbed. I brought it to a staff member's attention. They told me it is fine and that's how it's made. You can clearly see in the photo it is unsafe to eat.

Being a breakfast person I love pancakes and have to try any pancake specific place, while my pancakes were EXCELLENT I can't say much more. It has a weird vibe and the name is a bit of an understatement as their menu is so broad it takes away from the "pancake" aspect. I guess for pancakes they hit the spot but I probably won't return as it seems they are straying away from their name and pushing dinners and even have a drink bar. We ordered sausage and the inside was cold/raw and had to be sent back. We got new ones which were thoroughly cooked. I'd recommend this place for breakfast/pancakes but not much more. I deduct a star for the sausage and the dirty bathrooms but the pancakes were excellent.

It's a diner, so what more needs to be said about the setting? Food was fantastic, particularly given the diverse menu.

Parking is limited, but once you arrive, the property is absolutely adorable with its farm setting and beautiful flowers. The service was friendly, attentive, and one of the highlights of our visit. The restaurant prides itself on using fresh, locally grown ingredients, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, almost every dish we ordered was incredibly salty. I love well seasoned food, but this was just too much. They definitely need to ease up on the salt because it overpowered the fresh ingredients. I would recommend to the chef - calm down on the salt please!!! The standout dish for our group was the hot honey pizza--it was absolutely delicious and the one item I'd happily order again. One small downside that caught me off guard was the bathroom. It was so dark that it was difficult to see anything. Overall, it's a beautiful spot with great service and a charming atmosphere!

They have a program to text when your table was ready, so we went for a walk in the neighborhood while we waited. A surprisingly short time later, we received the text that our table was ready! The menu(s) had a wonderful selection of food and drinks, along with some specials. They do use a QR code for their menus, but noticed they also had paper menus upon request. Our server was friendly and attentive. The other members of staff would also check in as they passed by. My boyfriend enjoyed the PB & J Latte along with the creole shrimp Benedict. He said it was seasoned well, right level of spice, stated the eggs were poached perfectly, and really enjoyed how moist the cornbread was. I indulged with the "Tipsy Palmer" which is an Arnold Palmer with Bourbon in it. To be honest, there wasn't much of a bourbon taste to it, if any at all, but for a summer brunch drink, it was refreshing. For my entree, I chose the chicken Caesar sliders. To be honest, I was a bit disappointed as the brioche buns seemed a little on the stale/stiff side. The homemade caesar dressing was delicious, but they only coated the lettuce in it which resulted in a bit of a dry slider. I believe the sliders would benefit from a bit of the dressing at least on the bottom of the bun. I asked for (and received) a side of the dressing to bring home to dress up my remaining sliders. Lastly, and I know this is extremely minor, but the silverware was placed incorrectly (knife and fork reversed with the knife edge in the wrong direction). Again, I am WELL AWARE this is minor, but for me, sometimes the minor details are the things that stand out. Overall, a wonderful experience and will try them again at a later date.

After our visit, we decided to walk around town. There were a lot of restaurants open, but they mostly empty. The Breakfast & Burger Club seemed to be really busy. That being said, I figured it must be a good place to eat. We sat down at a table in the restaurant. The server came over with menus and water. We decided to share a Chicken Cobb Wrap along with a Root beer. The IBC Root beer was good. Anyway, it took a very long time for our order to come out. While we were waiting for the food, I noticed a strong smell of cooking oil. The server kept apologizing for the wait. The order finally came out. We were so starving at that point. The wrap tasted very dry, so unlike any Cobb salad. There was no avocado, no bacon etc... In addition, the fries were soggy and cold. I took a good look at the wrap and it had to be a Chicken Caesar wrap. My bf thought the same thing. There was no sense in sending it back, since we already ate some of it. We were charged for a Cobb salad wrap $17.45. However, the Caesar wrap was the same price, so we didn't bother saying anything. The male server and root beer were the restaurant's only highlights. Street parking is available.
