I've been buying groceries from this establishment for quite some time. However, this review is not to sing their praises. It's to confirm what past reviews were saying and that a substantial portion of the prepackaged and precooked food they sell is actually expired. And that they will have employees switch the "Use By:" dates on expired items. Recently, after opening a fettucine alfredo that was supposed to be good for 4 more days, the smell was almost unbearable. Ive had blatant expiration issues with eggplant parmigiana and rollatini, chicken cutlets, chicken parmigiana, chicken meatballs, spaghetti and meatballs, breaded salmon, and my personal favorite "pasta alla vodka" (don't ask me what kind of pasta... its thick flat wavy noodles that shouldn't be fed to animals let alone humans in my opinion) chicken pizzaiola and many other products have also had blatant sauce separation with a watery glaze displaying potential expiration just from a first glance, foul odors and if you dare to consume something questionable... it may seem like it was not the worst thing. But, am finding out it can obviously be detrimental to one's health. They were not always this bad. Like I've said, I too have shopped there and enjoyed many of their precooked meals. But years ago, the quality suddenly dropped and I refuse to go near this place any longer and grocery shop elsewhere now. When I noticed some of these items in an ill relatives fridge and have heard other complaints just by word of mouth... I decided to search for any similar experiences and have found I am nowhere near alone on having this experience with the same item category.
