Went to this spot on Sunday night and was impressed with how hard the one guy seemed to be working. I paid $85 for a used tire. After seeing all of the reviews about wrong size, bald tires being put on, I checked my tires. That is exactly what Jorge put on my car - bald tire, wrong size, all without my consent. I drive 35-40 mi for work. Thank goodness for those reviews or I could've blown out on the freeway. Beaumen was professional and understanding when I called to ask for refund. I explained that I would need a full refund. He wanted to give me a partial but I threatened to report them to the BAR. They did refund me. If they put on a bald/wrong size tire and do not fully refund you, report them to the BAR who will suspend their license to work on cars. Do not let them tell you they'll only partially refund because there is no warranty on used tires. Don't let them tell you they saved you money because you didn't have to tow. A bald tire is always worth $0 and the BAR thinks so too. read more

If I could give it 0 stars I would. The guy here had me waiting 2.5 hrs I couldn't leave because as soon as I got there he decided to remove my tire so I had no choice but to wait. He didn't know what he was doing all I wanted was my tire patched because it had a screw he made a bigger whole on my tire and said he wasn't able to repair it. Then he decided to put a used tire on that had wires sticking out and was worn out he said it was new paid $90 for that to only last me less than a month! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! Stay away from this place by ALL means! Complete rip off & takes advantage! HUGE SCAM! I did have a bad feeling as I approached this janky looking place around 9pm. My tire went completely flat on the freeway about 30 min from home on a rainy night. Being that it was late and I was alone (a female at that), I wanted to fix this issue as fast as possible to get home. Not to mention, all other tire shops in the area had already closed. He told me my tire couldn't be repaired and then went on to tell me a used tire would be $85. I have run-flats on my car and he disclosed that although this wasn't a run-flat tire, it was satisfactory for my car. Again, desperate and not having much knowledge about tires etc., I trusted this scammer and agreed. He brought out the tire and began to prep to change my tire but then went back & grabbed another tire instead. When I asked what was wrong with the first chosen tire, he told me it was the wrong size. Thought that was fishy but didn't focus too much on it. Fast forward from the service being complete and me making it home, about 2 days in, I notice the tire is slowly going flat. "Tire malfunction" also pops up on my car screen. I put air in the tire and clear the screen... By the next day, it's going flat again. I go to a trustworthy tire shop that I usually go to for tire issues/tires and they tell me that not only is the tire he sold me the WRONG size for my car but it had previous damage including a plug which is what was causing the slow leak. It obviously could not be repaired. They couldn't believe that I was taken advantage of & charged $85 for this garbage especially being that a brand new tire from them (higher quality as well) would only run me around $100. I was absolutely furious to say the least. My trusty tire shop took his trash tire off and supplied me with a loaner-tire free of cost until my proper run-flat tire was in stock. This man knew that I was a female... by myself and desperate late at night and took complete advantage of me and the situation! I'm thankful I didn't have a blow out, damage to my car, or WAY worse due to his negligence and scam! This situation could've been and ended way worse. STAY CLEAR OF THIS SHOP! Horrible service, this man sole purpose is to make money off you by selling used tires. I asked if he could patch my tire as I was in a hurry and had to pick up my baby from daycare, he said he'd take a look. He pretends to examine the tire, but his answer is always the same "I can't patch it". The first time I came to this establishment it was the same story, he said my hole was too big and he couldn't patch. Being native and desperate, I ended up spending $65 on a used tire that I had to replace in less than a month. Luckily, this time while waiting, I started to read Yelp reviews and noticed how a lot of people were complaining about this place. I decided to stand my ground and decline service if he tried to offer me any other solution than a patch. What's funny though, before he even answered me if he was able to patch it I saw him examine his used tires inventory to see which one he'd sell me. Don't give in to desperation! So I usually don't do reviews but I want people to understand why you should avoid this place especially as a female. And it's gonna be a long one at that . I had a flat tire Wednesday afternoon I had called him asking him if he had the size I needed and asked for new and used prices he said yes I have both come in, so I did. Mind you this is my first time coming to a shop so I was nervous and especially because I'm a girl this & wasn't even my car this was my aunts so I was worried if I was gonna get scammed because I don't know much about cars. Long story short I got an used tire I know used doesn't mean brand new but if you're selling a tire to me that's 65 dollars and I expect it to last me until I'm able to get a new one and it didn't even last me 4 days. I go home everything is fine until later on in the day I started to notice the tire was going down on the dashboard so I panicked and checked the tire out it turns out they didn't even bother to put on back the cap to the air so I went to AutoZone and bought a pack to put it thinking it was just that right. So this isn't my car I'm not using it for the rest of the week and the next day my aunt keeps telling me that her tire pressure went down so I went and helped her in the night on Thursday to put air so she can drive to work. I come home Friday and she says that it's still going down but I'm checking the tire nothing seems wrong with it. She goes Saturday morning to see what was wrong and the guys there ended up telling her there was a big HOLE INSIDE of the tire.... I actually ended up calling him asking for a refund this guy asked me why didn't I come back, well first of all I paid money for something that was supposed to last me at least a few weeks I didn't expect for me to have any issues with something I PAID for that was supposed to WORK. But initially my response to him which is true I live all the way in San Fernando valley and he's deep into DTLA, it's not my car and I really thought that maybe it was just the cap or something else but you're gonna tell me that big hole was done within not even a week LOL. I took my car here after I got a flat driving through Los Angeles. The technician greeted me right away and asked the issue. I advised I had a nail in my tire and he said he would be able to repair it. I was concerned they were just going to plug the tire from the outside which is not a good fix. I was relieved when the technician removed the tire from the vehicle and then removed the tire from the rim to repair it correctly. They were able to patch the tire from the inside and it only took about 20 mins. After all was said and done I was expecting to get charged around $30. To my surprise they only charged me $15 for the repair which is really cheap for the work they did. Very happy with the service and the speed in which they did it in. Would recommend this place if you are in the area and need help with a quick repair to get you back on the road. read more

I came in because my tire had popped and needed a tire ASAP, I was around the corner. I drove here and bought a used tire for $65. The day after I had a Low Tire Pressure sign on the same tire and the air had decrease by 20 PSI overnight. I filled the tire up with air and rode it to work. After work, the PSI had dropped down 20 again. At this point, I know something was wrong with the used tire I had bought here. I took it to another tire shop and they showed me two holes where it was leaking the air through. This place is a fraud artist and sold me a bad tire so I had to spend another $150 on a new tire. My grandson slammed into a curb on an off-ramp in LA. at 4 am. The two front wheels and suspension were both damaged. AAA towed him and his car to Stop N Go Tire Service. This is an older foreign made car (2008 Jetta) and after reading some negative reviews I was concerned they would try to rip him off. They were able to find and replace the parts needed, including two new tires and repairing a hole in the oil pan, in only a couple days. When we picked up the car and I was able to see for myself the damaged parts that had been replace it was obvious to me that they had done a good job at a fair price. read more

My Back tire blew up and I was desperate, it was 5:30 pm and this was the only place open. I called in and asked if they have the 185/65R tires, Jorge told me he has them in stock. I arrived 6pm and thought I was lucky since there were no customers. Jorge gave me a quote of 420 dollars for 4 tires including balance, adjustment, I told him that I will need alignment aswell. Fast forward 1.5 hours everything was done, we did a test drive and it seem to run good, it was dark aswell so I did not doublecheck the brand of the tires. I paid almost 500$ including allignment. It was not until the next day that I found out that he used different kinds of tire brands for each of the 4 tires. Not only that the 2 tires in front were size 215 /65 . One in the back was 195/65 and the other one was 185/65. I called him, and he told me it was better that way and if I have any complains he will replace them, I did not bother to go back. Overall I am extremely disappointed of getting ripped off. I called in advanced and specifically asked him if he had the right size tires for my car. I do not recommend this place. Here's the deal. He does hardly any business during the day. most is done after shops close and one is desperate to find a shop or you are towed there. He tells everyone he has your tire size but doesn't but it's dark and will put whatever he has on and the charge is triple what others would have done and you have different size tires on. Do NOT go here. it's cheaper to pay for a tow home and use a professional tire shop not a scam place like this. He has an act like he's so helpful and honest but isn't. even his sign is hand painted. I had a flat tire near stop n go tire place and drove to this place. Owner george charge me $30.00 to fix a flat tire. While he was working on my tire I saw he made a dent and scratch on my black coated wheel. I show him a damage, and he said I'm sorry and I will be responsible. I paid $30.00 to fix tire and he gave me a receipt saying he will be responsible for the damage. So I check one of wheel fixing place and got a quote for $125.00. I called let george knows and he said he want me to bring my car so he will put a spare tire so he can send damage wheel to other place that he knows. Brought in my vehicle to get tires changed and left with broken TPMS sensors. When I brought it back, the "technician" literally asked me to find a reset video on Youtube. When that didn't work, he asked me to come back at a specified time and date. I arrived and he was a no call no show for his own shop. As other reviews have stated, his service is dreadfully slow and constantly stops what he is doing to have phone conversations or to have in-person conversations with other people.
