They are running a bait and switch scam! When I started renting at $68/mo I was told that there…read moremight be "a modest" rate increase later in the year but that they would work with me to find a promo code to offset it. They raised my rate 50% to $104/mo and then told me they could not do anything about the increase. Additionally, one month after moving in both the Cubesmart app and the entry control box at the entry door by my unit stopped working. I paid a premium to be right by that entry door. For the last 10 months I've had to use the entry door on the opposite side of the building, almost a football field away, and haul things the entire length of the building. I was promised over and over that they were working to fix it but never fixed it. Lastly there is only one single man working in the entrance office for the entire complex. 9 out of 10 times that I went to the office to inquire about the entry problem he was not there. I recommend trying other self storage companies because these problems are Cubesmart company problems, not just a single location.

Kay is very personable, she even opened the door for me upon entrance. She knew her job, she was well prepared and she was patient. We visited the spaces that I requested and she even took her time walking as to ensure that she didn't run off and leave me...lol I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the facility, from the restrooms through to the spaces. on top of all of that, the prices were lovely. Hundreds of units in this facility and only one cart. Which says...I don't care about you as a customer. If you enjoy being frustrated while trying to store your personal belongings... They do not honor reservations made on the website…read more I made a reservation specifically for this location. I followed up by stopping in and looking at the RV spot i reserved. I was specifically shown the spot and told I can move in on August 31st. On August 29th I received a call from the locations GM, Sarah. She told me that they could not honor my reservation and that there were 20 people ahead of me at that location. The spot I was shown was already gone. They offered me a more expensive spot in north Las Vegas, and a similar priced spot 10 miles away. The moral of the story is that they do not honor reservations and will wait until the last minute to tell you. The online reservation means nothing.
