I contacted the national 1-800 number and the best they can do is open a ticket with the property manager and tell me I should hear back within 24 hours. I did an emergency vacate of my unit and will never recommend this place to anyone! They don't pressure you in renting a unit you don't need and give helpful suggestions on storing items. They seems to go above and beyond to make sure you have a seamless experience. Over the weekend, I moved out of my unit and hadn't notified them yet. They called me a couple days later after they did their security/inventory check to make sure I was the one who vacated the unit. They are really on top of everything. January 2 I had trouble lining up a moving truck and help with moving so I made room in my garage. No longer needing the storage space. I called to cancel my reservation and requested a refund Since I had never accessed my unit nor had the date I reserved arrived. The person I spoke with said I would not be entitled to a refund. I requested to speak with a manager. I ended up back in the call queue only to get a voicemail. I left a message. No call back to date. I stopped by the office twice today, 1030 and 12n, but the office was locked. I tried calling again but was on hold for over an hour so ended up disconnecting. Is this anyway to run a business?

Plus the ease of being able to drive up so close to the units. We worked with Wendy and she's been so kind and helpful and informative through the entire process. I did a lot of research and this place was definitely the right choice. We really appreciated that All Storage had a great intro special but that Wendy was also super up front about what the pricing would be after the special ended. Our close friends had a horrible experience with one of the bigger chain storage places hiking their rent up by insane amounts after the initial first month offer, and that's why we wanted to find a more locally run place. Wendy walked us through everything and went over what we could realistically expect in terms of pricing and it was all very reasonable. She went above and beyond in ways she didn't have to and we really apprecaited it. It ended up being harder than I thought it would be to find a clean, secure, affordable and trustworthy storage place, and so I wanted to make sure to write a review for All Storage in case it can help out someone else who's in the same boat.
