    Dirty. Pricey. Prices go up constantly (7 times in 2 years). Moved down the street for 1/3 as much.

    Extremely easy to book a space, the clerk was incredibly helpful. It was very clean.

    I went to this ups store today. I had several boxes and let 1 box on the coumyers because it was…read moretoo heavy the boxes I was carrying. the rude attendant ask me with attitude to move out . Then he attended the lady and keeps attending every else. the attendant was upset claiming that understood me and that I disrespected him while he was the one that disrespected me. The owner was present and did not due anything to assist me, I m an elderly person and felt that this attendant discriminated me because I'm an elderly vs assisting all young clients,Hope that others don't go to this horrible experien at this ups store in lehigh acres Florida . I rather go after this mistreatment to another ups store.

I get to the counter and the attendant says: "This one says it has already been returned (Amazon)"; I thought perhaps I printed out the wrong shipping slip. The clerk told me - "Go to Amazon", so as I am going on it, she actually put her hands on my phone and started scrolling through it; she was incredibly rude; I told her that I couldn't find it on there; she then stated "What do you mean? It has to be there." I said that perhaps I mistook it for a different return - and that I didn't want to hold up the line. "Didn't you go to where I told you to go before? " I told her that I was well aware as to where I needed to go, however, it was not there and that I would come back later. She said nothing. This rude employee has zero personality, zero customer service, apparently her attitude allows for her to be rude to people. I will go out of my way never to return here again. Get some better employees!

    Full disclosure - I have reviewed this business in the past and as long as Pest Eliminators keeps…read moredelivering me stellar service, I'll keep telling people about it. My second visit from them was simply, again, outstanding! Conrad booked me a service call a few days out. Technician "Brian" showed up on time. I showed him the situation and he was out of there in less than half an hour. This time I didn't have to leave my RV for 10 minutes. Also, I learned a lot. These guys like Brian are certified. They are licensed to use agents and concentrations that you cannot buy on your own. And yet they are glad to advise you about what over-the-counter products may help you. I learn more every time I ask. I don't ordinarily write reviews but when I receive peerless service, I want to help others benefit instead of taking a chance on the ever-present shysters out there.

    Avoid these guys at all costs. After their initial treatment, they didn't come back to my house…read morefor over 6 months! I had to call them and ask what happened. They extended my contract another 6 months to make up for it, but did not come out as scheduled. I had an issue inside the home, that after several visits and promises that it would be taken care of, was not. When I called about it again, they wanted to charge me to come back out! You seriously want your customer to pay for your inability to get the job done? Clearly what you did didn't work. Rather than apologize and offer a better solution, especially for dropping the ball so often, he says he's just going to terminate our agreement and cut a check for the difference. It is not about the money. It's about the principle. The RIGHT thing to do is to fix the issue. That's how you KEEP paying clients. That's how you get renewals. That's how people send referrals. Not one follow up phone call. Not one email. Not one letter. ZERO communication with your customers. Sounds like you don't care...and it shows.
