After 5 days it becomes 100 dollars and they turn off the pay by bank feature so you can only pay by card which adds a 20 dollars convenience fee. If you pay 30 days late on top of the fees added you have to pay an addition 110 dollar lien fee. I have been there for years before they became Cubesmart. The owner and staff then were some cool people and they would work with you if something happened. Cubesmart is just some greedy conglomerate that just wants more money.

The only thing missing was a cylindrical lock which I paid for in advance and the website stated that "the lock would be inside the unit". It was not. My guess is it was after office hours and I will return tomorrow to get the lock from the Manager. The facility is very clean and looks well maintained. So far, so good. If the rates go up too much, I will move my things again. I did not mind paying for four months up front in order to get the better monthly rate. Hopefully, this will be a better situation since my last storage unit did NOT have an onsite manager or manned office. Everything was done remotely and I could not justify the cost for zero service. I would rent from Extra Space Storage before any Public Storage Facility.

They have a substantial number of units in four separate buildings, all seemingly climate controlled. Our movers rolled in to the yard (it's all fenced in and gate controlled) and were able to quickly get unloaded and store everything away. Chris was on the desk when we went in a day before the movers were to arrive, and he handled our registration contract quick and efficiently. The property is very clean. They offer a variety of packing materials and other things relating to moving and storage. We can recommend this location without qualification.

I had to jump through hoops to cancel the insurance with Public Storage. It took me over an hour to find the segment of insurance on the Public Storage app. I was finally able to cancel it and took a snapshot of the verification because I know these people at Public Storage will probably try to cheat me. I smell a class action lawsuit, Public Storage!

We rented the unit through their website which was very easy. When I went to the office to get the unit number I was greeted by John who is incredibly nice, knowledgable and extremely helpful. Unlike our other unit this unit is caged off at about 8' so we needed to get a larger unit which was no hassle to do at all. We were still saving A LOT of money. John and the prices of the units are what make this storage facility the best one in Fort Myers, Florida!

Crossroads is an incredible brand new storage location accommodating motor-homes, boats, vehicles…read moreand many other storage needs. We visited the facility last week and were truly blown away by all the features and the exceptional customer service. They have lots of enclosed units in a variety of sizes, with the largest big enough to store our 45-foot motor-home. The enclosed units have temperature control and their own electrical panels along with coded access. There are also canopy options, which have electrical hook-ups AND fire suppression systems. And the entire facility is surrounded by a high wall, security cameras and storm drainage. In fact, we learned the entire facility has been built to withstand severe weather. Lastly, the owners are wonderful (which was mirrored by the other customers we met last week) - this is a family owned business and you can tell their genuine customer service and communications come from the heart AND the sincere desire to be successful by way of providing a great storage option with excellent service. Pricing options give real value for money and with no flexing. And we were told we can use the wash bay for free. We researched lots of places in the surrounding area and we would absolutely state this is the best option by far. In fact, we've not seen anything like it anywhere. 10/10. The two men he had assigned to move the furniture were very friendly and polite, but not very professional in the sense that they asked the homeowner that we purchased the sofa set from to use their bathroom and asked them for some water. One also asked to use our bathroom upon delivery. It's my opinion that they should have their own water and should have used their facilities before they left or stopped to use the facilities somewhere before they picked up the order and/or stopped before delivery. Although they were 15 min late for the appointment time already, so maybe that's why they did not want to stop on the way, but that's still no excuse to ask to use a homeowners bathroom in my opinion. They did do a wonderful job of protecting the furniture by wrapping it with moving blankets and plastic. They also did a wonderful job of setting up our furniture in our home. For the delivery, Mike also had given his team the wrong delivery address for our home, missed a digit, so it took longer for them to get here. Since they charge by the hour, that isn't a good thing, although I'm sure it was an honest mistake. They did adjust their hourly rate by an extra 15 minutes, so that probably made up for any additional expense that it would've made. We just had to wait a little longer for our delivery than anticipated. Not a huge difference for us, but might be critical to someone else.
