However after trying to reach him numerous times he finally just ignored me even 3 months later. I did have two additional family members assisting me. Once things got damaged the company defense was that they don't know who actually damaged it. (Never add your own help). I also had a mirror that went missing. I asked him to check the truck he rented to move me and he ignored that as well. He adjusted the price but my move was still over $300.00. Even after he ignored me, I never disputed the charges. Movers are 95% felons, the company makes the workers sacrifice their body, take all the profits then put it on YOU as the customer to tip / pay them properly. expect to fork over an extra 100$ bucks as a standard on top of what they quote you or you will get massive attitude and stink eye from the movers. there is no actual "schedule" (unless you're the first house of the day) and they just take any job they can and overload everything instead of actually having a nice fresh crew show up on time. You will get burnt out guys 1-2 hours late ready to fall over on their 3rd move of the DAY. This is the SHOPS problem, transferred again to the customer I would never hire 2 men and a truck after what I've seen at this location. Just know when you hire 2 men and a truck, you are getting the bottom of the barrel.

I just treated myself to a brand new grand piano which is very important to me and cost more than an arm and a leg. I not only did I want it to get to my new spot in one piece, but I didn't even want to risk it being scratched, bumped, dented, etc. When I called the movers and told them about the main reason for my move, they were on it and did a fantastic job of handling it when they carried it out of my home into the truck. All the movers were very respectful and kind. They made a good impression on me and my family who had come to help a bit. My mom was thrilled that she had referred them to her sister who was looking to move at the end of the month and has been trying to find a reasonably priced moving company. Definitely keep up the good work and keep the positive attitude. Very attentive to me and I appreciated that.
