We got a little complicated as we were trying to find the space that would work best, and they just rolled with it and got us what we needed. It could NOT have gone smoother or with any higher level of customer service! This may actually be the smoothest part of the whole process of selling and moving! Kudos to Jeff and Max for making the storage units the least of our worries! As to the facilities, we couldn't be happier. The large outdoor unit for the majority of our stuff is uniquely big enough, and perfect. The indoor climate controlled unit we got is easily accessible, clean, and modern. All within 10 minutes of our old house, so we can make lots of little trips as the packing is done. 5 stars!

In just four short years the rent doubled to over $104 for a climate controlled 5x10 unit! Annoyed, I decided to check out the competition and found StorageMart. It was not only closer to my house, but cleaner, in a better area, safer with secured garage docks and carts for unloading, and best of all it's more reasonably priced at just $57 (close to the price I first paid 4 years ago at the other place) with the first month free! As an added bonus, Don, provided friendly and courteous service. He didn't just hand me a paper with gate codes, he walked me through it and showed me around. I would have been fine on my own, but the extra service was appreciated. If you think storage is storage, you're wrong! Don't become a complacent sucker just because you don't want to deal with moving your stuff. Places like Public Storage apparently take advantage of that and raise rates often within the same year, hoping you'll just go along with it. Ray the manager sets the bar for the customer service that most businesses are lacking with the personalized service he gives. This company is very lucky to have him as a manager of this property.
