Update: if you look into my yelp profile you'll see that I provide a LOT of positive reviews. I really hope that I help people who don't want a poor experience and damaged items. On November 17th, 2025 i visited the storage unit to drop some items, it just so happened that it was after some heavy rain, but the next following days was supposed to be downpour for a week. Luckily i was able to catch that the roof was LEAKING in to my storage (pics and video attached) I called management, and because it was 30 minutes before closing she said there was nothing she could do and that they'll reach out to a roofing company in the morning. After me following up daily.. 4 days later and into 4 days of dumping rain they called to inform that the roof has FINALLY been repaired! Insane!! The best kicker is, my saw was damaged and we got a $230 rate increase a month later and it's only been 4 months!!!!! ... this place is trash! Stay away!! *look at all their RECENT reviews in the past 5 years. I'm not the only one with price gouging and horrible customer service/non existent help. read more

So the price gouging continues. My bill just jumped from $138 to $176 a 30% increase (current inflation is 2.75%) and of course right during the holiday season to make it difficult for people to move at this time. I definitely would not recommend this place and will be looking for a new storage facility. Plenty of other options in Indio and surrounding areas. P.S. Your industry needs to be regulated. read more

There's always something place. If it's not people pissing on my wheel covers it's the birds crapping on my rig. Gate not working, wide open for days for anyone to walk in and help them self to your stuff. Now it's someone feeding the cats with cat food under the rigs. Don't they know that this could also bring in rodents also. Hope they can get there act together. read more

Recently purchased a new 5th wheel, and were scrambling for a space to store it. Cathedral City StorQuest was extremely helpful, but Indio was closest. My husband rented an RV enclosed space, checked it out and rented it and it definitely wasn't cheap. The next day we picked up the new RV and took it home. My husband contacted them within 3 days and told them it just wasn't going to fit and asked if we could get a refund or a prorated refund (or even reimburse us half and re-rent it immediately) - but the answer was just a flat out NO. We hadn't even gone through the gate or used our code. What the heck. Well, after no refund of any sort, we ended up at PRIME STORAGE on Madison Street in Indio and they were awesome, letting us pull our RV in and made sure it fit before charging us a dime. And did I mention it was a fraction of the cost and they were so very helpful. As for StorQuestion, they need some practice in Customer Service. read more

We needed a 3 month covered storage spot for our motorhome and called StorQuest. We appreciated how efficiently and quickly Maria got us settled into our space. I dinged it one star because our spot was a bit more than we wanted to spend, but in the end it was worth it. The facility was clean and secure. We would recommend this facility. read more

Unfortunately after almost 4 years renting RV parking space for our RV, we decided to move to another storage facility because we had a second break in of our RV at this location. We were 1 of 6 RV broken into and now they just sent another rate increase letter stating in order to provide the highest level of customer service to their clients. What a joke read more

She explained and walked us through the process, quickly filling out the paperwork which is mostly automated, and showed us the rental unit. The yard man also was quite friendly and knowledgeable. We have been a customer since May 1, 2013 and since that time they have had raised our rate twice. The first was after only 4 months. The second was 8 months later. We are now paying 15% more than when we first moved in. I will be looking another storage facility that will keep their rates consistent. read more
