Had my locker jacked which was in a gated facility, inside in an air-conditioned secure building with cameras, my locker got broken into and I lost thousands of dollars worth of items I just had in temporary storage. Very disappointing. I would not use this facility again. Insurance paid for some but I do not trust this location. read more

Initially, this place was great until a few months went by, and they started to raise the rates. All self-storage is a bit of a money grab; however, this place is worse than most. They will give you a great rate, which they will hold for a few months, then after they will continually raise every few months until you finally decide to leave. My rate started at $178/ month, which was a great rate. Now, in a year, they have raised my monthly rate 4 times, and I'm now being charged almost $400/ month. That's over 100% or doubling the rate in one year. On the website, they post the promotion rate and the standard rate. The promotional rate for a similar but slightly larger unit is $179/ month, and the published "Standard Rate" at $233 per month. If their standard rate is $233, it made me question why mine is now $400. Based on the trend I experienced over the past 12 months, I project my rate to be close to $600 a month by the end of the year for a 10 x 18 unit that has a standard rate of $233.. They want you to set up auto pay, which is convenient, but their business practices made me feel that it was partially in hopes that you forget to check your charges for a month or two, or that you are a snowbird and stuck in the unit until you return. In addition to the constant rate increase, the facility maintenance and management can leave something to be desired. When I drove out with a truck full of items to put into storage, I discovered that my roll-up door was inoperable. I understand that things break, and I try my best to accommodate. I was told to wait and they would call the door repair company, and to refrain from using the door until it was fixed. I was asked to please wait, and the door repair company would be there within 1 hour. I was leaving for vacation the following morning, had a truck full of boxes, and didn't really have the hour to sit there and wait. I offered to leave my key, but the manager would not hold it, and I would either have to leave my unit unlocked or wait. So I ended up waiting, and after an hour, no one showed. I went back to the office and was told that they were not coming today. All if got was "sorry, please call us back when you return and we will schedule the door to be fixed". When I returned from vacation, I was greeted with a notice that they were raising my rent by another $100. So I called and gave my notice, but I still have an operable door. I was asked when it would be convenient to meet the door repair company. I gave them a date and a window. I soon received a call letting me know that the repair company would not be available at my chosen time. So I figured no time like the present, and I said anytime today, just let me know what time they are available. I was told to meet them at my unit at 4:45, and they would be there sometime between 4:45 and 5:30. In my opinion, this request was a little unreasonable, asking me to plan to be the one waiting on standby until the repair people show up. They ended up showing up early, inspected the door, and informed me that it was broken and that they would need to order a replacement, which would be there in 2 - 3 weeks. On a positive note, the climate-controlled units seem to be acceptably cool. The drive-up units get a bit of dust and debris blown in, but we are in the desert. The grounds are maintained, and the access has always worked as expected. The facility itself is not bad; however, I feel their business practices border on the unethical. read more

Stay away from this storage facility. They are one of, if the most, expensive location in the area. There are much better choices. The only good thing about it is Suresh. Everyone else, pretty rude. Don't expect any timely help with Anything! I showed up one day and found RATS in my unit. They chewed through several things. Asked for an exterminator....2 months later he got there. Forget about the sofa....and other things. No trash recepticals anywhere. You have to bring your own as long as you either take it back home with you or store it in your unit. They will do NOTHING to help you with the doors that don't shut and seal properly. All around the property, front, back, sides, doesn't matter, you will have at least an inch, if not more, sand,dust, water...when it rains in your unit and your belongings covered. For $300+/month...it should be waaaay better. Do NOT, EVER get behind on your payments!!! THEY WILL HARASS YOU!!! This went on during and continues after COVID. I, like many others, lost my job. The calls continued.... These people don't care. Find a better place!!!! read more

Wow what is this place supposed to be??! Have been trying all day to rent a storage unit. Yes I shopped around and ask to see a few units and asked about pricing and any specials? But the way they treat you is just ridiculous. Very unhelpful, very pissy attitude, I don't get it. They take lunch at 3:00 pm on a Saturday came back Twice and the girl on duty has stunk up the restroom like nobody's business. I say I don't want the extra insurance because I have homeowners insurance and she gets mad. I'm back for a 3 rd try and no ones here been waiting for 15 minutes signs state we're open. This is the worst place ever. They messed up on my lease and put my aunt who lives 3 hours away from the desert as a primary (while I was looking at the unit I was purchasing plus he was in a rush to get the lease going and at the time she lived with me for 2 months). I asked the man if this would be an issue. He assured me it would not be a problem since he put me as a secondary. Fast forward 10 months later my son threw away my damn keys. So I come in to pay for the lock to be cut and I purchased a new lock. And to my surprise since I'm not on the lease as #1 but yet every detail of info is me!!!! Minus my aunts name. And I make all the payments every damn month. My aunt has Covid n lives in LA they require her to come in person to say I have permission and my aunt called to give permission and requested herself to not be primary. I spoke the girl Ledy who from the beginning made it clear she didn't want to help, spoke with Manager John who clearly is an idiot. My aunt spoke with them as well and nothing so at the end I was told if I cut the lock myself it's trespassing (my name is on the lease) fuck this place!!! The staff are friendly and helpful. I always walk in and get helped on whatever I need. I'm thankful that they send reminders on when a payment is due so no late charges are done. StorQuest Self Storage has been great! We initially started with a larger unit when we where in the process of moving. After we moved into our house we were able to switch to a smaller unit. Zulma, the manager has been awesome. She made our initial move into the unit quick and easy. Then when we moved to the smaller unit, it was no problem and again, she made it quick and easy. The place is clean and safe. I could pay my monthly rent online, but I like to stop by and chat with her for a minute. If you need a storage place, talk to Zulma. read more

Storage convenient clean and easy to get to. However, office hours are a facade. After renting storage, we were there three times at different times in the day and nobody was available. The sign on the office door said they were in the yard. Searched the lot, still no one. On the third visit on a Wednesday at 2:20 pm we called the office number. After waiting on their call in line for 5-10 Minutes we eventually got a person Who was obviously not located on site. We were told the office manager was on lunch break and would return in 5-10 minutes. Waited 10 minutes....no person showed up and we left. Based on our experience the office is manned on a "part-time" basis at best. Do not believe the office hours. read more
